CAN A TRUST REGISTERED UNDER bombay public charitable trust act 1950 IN GUJARAT STATE INVESET THEIR FUND IN PREIVAT CORPORATE COPMPANY'S FIXED DEPOSIT & ALOS INVEST IN MUTUAL FUNDS?

The trust deed has to be referred to check relevant clauses to see whether the trust can invest in the mode described by you, however there is no specific bar under The Bombay Public Charitable Trust Act from making such investments.
