Franchisor doesn't obliged the term of agreement, then How can we claim for loss of business opportunity, after claiming basic amount with interest and inclusive of losses occurred during the terms of period.

Two totally vague posts made by Mr. Kumar Doab without any practical advice just to add score to his credit. When Mr. Kumar Doab, a fake expert, has already declared that the querist can benefit from the post of Mr. Shirish Pawar and Sri Vijayan A, what is the relevance of your other advice to the querist to approach to a very able senior local counsel of unshakable repute and integrity and pay a hefty fee to him just to understand merits in the matter?

If the agreement contains an arbitration clause, you cannot file a suit for damages in the court of law. So terms and conditions of the agreement are a must for examination before any suitable advice. So, just check the same or get examined from some expert at your own place.
