For filing any suit or taking any other legal action you have to appoint advocate. Show all relevant documents and agreement to him and consult with him.

If it relates to some a real problem, no advice can be possible without examination of franchisee agreement and other related case documents, including correspondence made with the franchiser.

If it is not an academic question paper but a real problem you are required to contact, consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for issuance of notice followed by filing suit for compensation of damages.
