false jewellry claims in matrimonial dispute

Hi all
I am having a matrimonial dispute with my wife. She has filed a false 498a/406 against me in which she has clamied that she and her parents have spent more than 16 lakhs. Out of which she has clamied that her parents has given gold ornaments worth Rs.5,00,000 /-.

For this claim of jewellry, The girl has given statement in the police(IO) that all her gold has been given by her grand mother(NANI), who is not alive and dead since 15 years.

It is also fact that she don't have any bills to claim for her jewellry thats why her lawyer has told her to give this statement to the police. Don't you think that is it possible that all the gold items were given by her grand mother(NANI).

Now, Can any body help me to counter her statement as stated in PARA-2. Can we ask her to display any single photograph/snap on any occasion on which her grand-mother(NANI) had ever wore that jewellry. PLEASE HELPriven

Can you please give Format of Indemnity Bond M20 to be filed by the mg.committee with Registrar of society on stamp paper of Rs 200/-

what is the detailed procedure that the commitee is required to adopt in the event of any such delayed execution of indemnity bond by the managing committee members of any housing society and also for the regulations on exemptions/condonation of delay if any available to individual societies.

Stamp duty on family settlement

Dear Sir,
I have purchased so many properties with my other family members in all over India thereafter some dispute is arising between family members and a case is pending in Delhi High Court from very long time regading to the share of the said all properties. Now, we want to Registar our family Settlement in Court. How much stamp duty will be paid by us.

validity of document of contract


When the contract agreement have expressly mentioned that The agreement is not valid unless it is signed by at least two authorised representatives of the company entering into the contract, however, the document was signed by only one representative each, will it make the agreement invalid and void ?

Revenue stamp

Suddenly people are saying that revenue stamp is not necessary for financial documents with a value less than Rs 5000/-. Is there any such notification from Maharashtra state revenue department similar to the Karnataka revenue dept notification (Stamp act 1989)riven

Legal Contracts

What is the validity of a commercial contract entered between two parties by exchange of letters such as offer and acceptance with terms and conditions set out therein BUT not executed in a Stamp Paper. Will it make such contract not enforceable in courts of law ???

purchage of plot by the member of the co opetative society

i have been alloted a plot by a housing society and i have paid full amount to the society but that plot was given to some one else and also sale deed executed in his favor and now one of the responsible member has died and no body is caring in that society to return my money or giving me plot ? what i can do ? pl advise me procedure and action to be taken agianst that co - operative housing soceity /
