What is the basis and rule to know the Stamp Duty and the Registration fee for executing a Rectification Deed in respect of a typographical error in the Survey Number in Tamil Nadu.

Name change

Hello, my name is ADITHYA V K and I want to change my name to ADITHYA BHANDARY.
Q1) once I change my name do I have to change my name in all my educational certificates?
2) if I don't change my name in 10th standard certificate, will it be a problem while applying for govt jobs, as they ask name as per 10/sslc marks card?
3) currently I don't have a surname, Wil it be a problem when I travel abroad?

Spelling mistake in surname

There is a spelling mistake in my graduation marksheet the surname is misprinted of me and my father only the surname.whereas all details in class 10 ,12 marksheet pan card ,aadhar card, passport are correct.the surname in all my documents is upadhyaya where as in my graduation marksheet it's upadhyaya what can I do?will it cause any problem in future

Sale agreement

A sale agreement wherein certain advance amount was paid to the vendor and the remaining consideration was agreed to be paid at the time of registration. time fixed was 6 months. during this period the property was subject to litigation between the family members of the vendor. the intimation about the litigation was given to the purchaser. to avoid multiplicity of cases the vendor offered to refund the amount and subsequently cancel the agreement to which the purchaser agreed. the advance amount was repaid by way of demand drafts and the original sale agreement was with the purchaser. he had agreed to destroy them. this cancellation took place before the time limit i.e., 6 months.
but the purchaser even after collecting the entire amount had filed a case for specific performance in the civil court on the last day of completion of three years of the date of sale agreement.
the honorable court disposed the case by finding that the purchaser had indeed received the advance amount by way of DD. and bank entries of the purchaser also reflects the same.
now the purchaser has filed an appeal in the high court and the same is pending for judgment.
my query is do the case have merits?

Different father's name in all my certificates

My father's name and his name in all my documents are different. I am now facing problems to apply for die and harness case & in obtaining a legal heir certificate too. Although he is my biological father all my documents have another name. Please help.

Execution of will

I have one daughter and one Mentally Retarded son both are major. The daughter has got marriage and she has a girl child of age 5. Due to matrimonial disputes, my daughter and my grand daughter are with me. I have some movable and immovable properties. I want that those properties to be safe till my grand daughter gets marriage, as my son in law and his family may indulge and give trouble my daughter on the said property in my absence. My daughter is now moving to court for divorce. Please suggest how a will be executed by me on my properties so that my son and daughter and my grand daughter safely enjoy the same without any hindrance from my son in law side.

a stamp paper purchased in delhi executed in ahmedabad

sir,
I was in Delhi where from I purchased a stamp paper of Rs.100/- for rent agreement to be executed at Ahmedabad with a tenant at Ahmedabad (where I am having flat which is to be rented)
Whether there will be any problem about the jurisdiction or validity of stamped agreement executed at Ahmedabad.
Kindly guide me.
