know about property act

My grandmother was three sons. In which two sons got married but after some time one son was dead without having no child.but the due to some circumstances married son also married with his dead brother's wife also.now the elder boy has two wife and young one also married. Now how will be the property distribution. The man who was dead not having child.please sir give a suitable solution.

Shop on pagdi in chandino chowk delhi

My father has bought a shop on pagdi and paying rent since 1993 in chandini chowk in delhi.. And now he is ill .. I want to know if something happened to my father... Then kya wo dukan main nahi chala sakta kya ???
Ya sale kar sakta ?? Please guide me!!!

Property right

i have purchase a land in dankuni in kolkata in 2010. i have get mutation of that land with 3 month also the registry is done . but when we are going to boundary the land . some one other party claim that he is purchase that land in 1990. he also get registered the land . but do not get done the mutation. what should i do please advice in this matter .

ULC Hyderabad

My father purchased a property and registered document in 1985 in hyderabad
In 2008 we came to know that its under ULC and have to pay 10lakhs to get NOC and regularize
Due to financial issue we havent done the regularization
Now again in 2016 govt issued a GO asking to regularize
I would like to if i really have to pay and regularize as i have come to know that repeal act was introduced in 2008 and property owners having posession before 2008 doesnt have to worry.

Is my mother have any right in that property

Hello sir,
My grandfather (mothers father) got property from his father which is his own earning property.my grandfather has one son and one daughter (my mother).my grandfather gave this property to my uncle literally.do my mother have any right in that property??
If yes,what is the share of my mother in that property.?
We are from Andhra pradesh...!!

Our property is trap by someone

Our property is trap by our tenants our case was registered in court and we are fiting from since 18 months and now we came to know our lawyer registered a wrong case so we want a lawyer so that our case should be finish as fast as possible and we want advice for this hope u all will help me as fast as possible . Hamare dadaji and family ne milke ghar banaya tha 1986 me or hamari land thi kuchh 12 acre usme se 9 acre land sold kar di 2000 year me usme se hame abhi tak kuchh bhi amount hame di nahi he mere uncle k pass and five baheno ke pass Puri Amount rakhkhi he.

Mere dadaji expired hue 2001 year me sab jamin me dadi ka or unke ladke and ladki ka naam se varsai ki he abhi recently meri dadi expired hui Dec 2015 me .

Mere uncle ne ghar or jamin ke liye unke brother ke upper police case kiya mere uncle ka bolna he ki pura ghar mujhe chahiye hamne police station me javab diya ki hame pahele Jo jamin bechhi he usme hamara hissa chahiye baad me ghar or jamin ka batvara karenge to mere uncle bole mujhe police station me samadhan nahi karna he me civil court me case karunga or important ye he ki vo Jo jamin he usme mere Papa last 20 to 25 saal se khati karke gujaran chala rahe he mere uncle hamare ghar pe ya jamin pe last 16 to 17 saal se ek bhi baar ghar pe ya jamin pe kadam nahi rakhkha vo sidha dadi ma ke expired ho Jane par hissa lene aa gaye
Kabhi bhi ghar me and jamin me itne saal se ek rupees ka bhi koi karcha nahi kiya .

To mera question ye he ki
1.Mere uncle ham kheti kar rahe he uspe stay lane Vale he to hame kya karna chahiye or vo hame kheti nahi karne de rahe he.

2. Hamari pahele Jo jamin bechhi he to hame vo paise lene ke liye kya karna chahiye hame vo paisa nahi de rahe he hamare pass koi proof bhi nahi he ki vo jamin ka paisa kiske pass he uncle ke pass ki five baheno ke pass.

3.uncle ko pura ghar unke khud ke naam par chahiye or hame vo akele ko Dena nahi he vo police ki and case karke paresan kar rahe he.kya hamne ghar or jamin pe Jo kharch kiya he vo paise hame kisi tarah se mil sakte he.

4.hamare pass abhi 3 acre jamin and ghar bacha he to mujhe ye bhi jaan Na he ki kya agar do Bhai samadhan karte he to five daughter bhi redi he hissa lene ke liye to unko bhi hissa Dena padega.


Mera request he sir ye Jo case he uska koi achha hal bataiye� hame kya karna chahiye.

registration process for commercial product

my client have developed product.
He had used it for commercial purpose.
what procedure should he follow to register that product by patent law governing in state.
Plz guide.
