i am a student of BALLB pursueing 3rd year.
I am planing for IPR as PG course as i have made my mind to seek job abroad India. so my question is-
1) what is the prospect of IPR in abroad.
2)I am from commerce background,so while purseuing IPR as my PG course, on what subjects i need to go deep.
How shall we prove our possession on a property earlier given to us but not registered. Which documents are needed with their law rule no.
My mother, being the second wife is lawfully wedded to my father after the first wife's death and I the only daughter have recently got ourselves entangled in property rights of my father. My father has 3 daughters from his first marriage who are all well settled and married. My father being 81 years old holds complete ownership of the property which he had acquired in the past. My mother has also contributed in the maintenance of the property and taking care of all the children financially and emotionally till we all settled. Thereafter I and my husband have also contributed financially in taking care of our retired parents by allowing them to enjoy the rent received from another property which I own. All the children from the first wife live quite far and have not involved themselves much in the maintenance The query is without the addition of my mothers name in the property what rights and chances do we hold on acquiring the property after my fathers death.

I am the eldest son and two younger sisters. Our Father & Mother is deceased with NO will. And Property is in Mother's name.
First younger sister has ditched all family members and ran-away and got married to different cast. (10 yrs ago)
Second younger sister converted-to-Islam (1.5 yrs ago)
And, I am looking after this building. After parents, I have invested lot of time and money on this building and business runs in the same building. My career, My food and my shelter is all in this building.
Now, both sisters are claiming the property.
1. Is there any Justice for this?
2. On what rights they can claim this property?
3. Second younger sister converted-to-Islam has any legal right on her Hindu mother's property?

The land and house belongs to my father no documents.
My mother written a documents to 3 brothers have rights.

without knowing my knowledge the land registered in my brother wife name?
having or created a document that the land sold to my brother by my mother.
so he registered to his wife name.
how the land registered without legal varisu certificate or not signed by me.
please advice how to cancel the registration or to take criminal action.
I bought one land about 20 cents in a village in the year 2004.This land is owned by female (i.e mother of family). She is expired in the year 1995. So i bought the land from the legal heirs of 2 sons and her husband.
At the time of buying i did not obtained legal heirship certificate from the seller.
It is mandatory document for selling the land at present? As of now almost completed more than 10 years from the date of purchase.

My father have died in 2010 he was having a flat at Thane, he made no will neither nomination of the flat, we have applied for heirship certiciate in Thane court, which we would be getting in next month or so, as i have have heard that the Goverment employee do not have to pay the court fee of 75000, as my father was central goverment employee who have expired.

My friend is going to buy a flat in Delhi which is DDA alloted, but in starting chain of property the allotee already sold the flat before giving the possession by DDA through GPA/SPA/WILL. My question is, can flat could be transfer/sale before owning and does it create valide titel?

I had applied for a home loan for an old property regd in 1964.however the first owner had died nd the property was purchased by the daughter by paying her brother. This happened in 1994.but they have not prepared any deed or agreement.now my bank has asked the brothers to b confirming parties nd a attested poa has been obtained from brothers. But the Sro is not ready to register. I have paid almost 50% of amt nd i m stuck
