I had applied for a home loan for an old property regd in 1964.however the first owner had died nd the property was purchased by the daughter by paying her brother. This happened in 1994.but they have not prepared any deed or agreement.now my bank has asked the brothers to b confirming parties nd a attested poa has been obtained from brothers. But the Sro is not ready to register. I have paid almost 50% of amt nd i m stuck

Bank will not release even a single penny unless the seller has a marketable title.
you have jumped in proposal and invested money on a property without clear title.
you may either get your money back
or
meet a lawyer with agreement if it can be proved that money was extracted from you by misrepresentation and the person who received money can be criminally charged.
