I am happily married from 18 years. I have a brother & sister. In Pvt. Ltd. Co. of my family business from my parents side in which my father, mother, sister, sister-in-law, brother, myself & my husband are directors. Due to conflicts with my brother I have started my own business from last 3 years. I & my husband are still directors in that Co. My father & mother have earned all the properties & assets with their own efforts. Now, my mother and father are supporting my brother & boycotted me & my sister. Now I just want to know if we both can claim any share in the property of our parents. I will be very much thankful with needful guidance please. Thanks.

Hi everyone I just wanted to know that is this true that as per Bar Council of India Law firms are not supposed to hire Support functions i.e. HR, IT, Finance professionals on roll.
As my current employer told me that they can hire only advocates/lawyers on their roll. HR, IT, Finance people are hired on the roll of sister company. Is this true ??? Kindly give your views.

i) Is there any way to claim the land if there no development is done by mhada in 15- 20 years.
ii)Do the 5.The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development (Disposal of Land) Rules, 1981,

my dad has an ancestral property in nipani, karnataka. a 3500sq feet property rented for office purpose to a company. but my dad was unaware of this agreement of rent. until recently when dad asked for the agreement copy in which my uncle had forged my dads signature. the rent has been paid to only uncle since past 5-7years.
my dad is a resident of kolhapur, maharashtra.
i want to know how & where can my dad file a case against this so that this isnt repeated again in future deals.also can i file a petition to check all the other deals my uncle has done by forging?

we have filed a case against my uncle in the local police station on 7th feb this year. so far no action has been taken by them. we have repeatedly put down option of compromise put forth by both police and the other party lawyer. i want to know if there is anything we could do to ask police why they havent taken against our complaint.
also is there a way through which i could get the details of all the complaints against my uncle in the same police station, which i am sure there are plenty filed.

My Father got one share ie 'A' through partition deed along with his father and sisters ( Each one got some quantum in their share ie Father,Father's father and 2 sisters)whether my father's mother is eligible for any share from my father's share ie 'A',if she is eligible,who will get this share after her death( now father's mother expired on jan2013 without will/any document, My Father expired on 2004).Under stand from lawyer from my locality that that share again will back to My father's heirs.
