Dear Respected All,

Kindly Guide me.

What In Family Have 4 Brother and any 3 brother can transfer 4th brother property without his consent.

can they are make property registry without him.

Kindly advice me.i am very thankful of your kind support.

kindly tell me what procussion are avalabel in that case.

The co sharer can transfer only their respective shares without consent of others but they can not transfer share belonging to other co sharers.
If there is any such possibility one can file suit for partition and injunction.

No. It cannot be done. Even the property of a minor cannot be sold by his parents what to talk of sale by brothers.

A.No!
Q.can they are make property registry without him.?

A.No! not of 4th share but can sale their share.If they sale all even the court shall treat it for 3/4 only.
