Could you please let me know if my father who is 82 years old and partially blind due to retina degeneration gets an exemption to to file yearly income tax return under the it act?
A and B who were working in a public Ltd company as managers formed a housing coop. society in 2000 and apply for a plot to HUDA for construction of residential flats. HUDA allot a plot and sends demand notice to deposit one crore towards cost of land. B who was accounts head in the company and president of the society transfer one crore from company account to society account and from there he makes payment of plot. He transfers company funds without management and Board of directors approval. After eight months when society members paid their share he transfers one crore back to company account.
An employee complains to IT department in this regard after construction and allotment of flats to members i. e. five years
Can the transaction be called benami transaction?
What action IT department can take against the accounts head and the company?
What action company will take against the accounts head?
Will complainant get any reward from I T deptt.

immovable property as gift from certain family members is exempted from tax.
Will I (an adult man) have to pay tax if I receive a residential plot as gift from my mother's sister who is 65 years old and a widow with no children/heir?
Will my mother (70 years old and widow with children/heirs) have to pay tax if she receives above plot as gift from her sister (who is 65 years old, a widow with no children/heir)? Later, can my mother gift this plot to me (other legal heirs will sign relinquishment deeds) or to all her legal heirs without any tax on any donee?

I want to file a complaint against some tax evaders who are not including their rental income in their total income while filing ITR. What is procedure to file such complaint. If by chance my complaint proves to be wrong, can IT department take action against me.
Dear Sir, My wife is having annual income much below taxable limit of 250000/-p.a and accordingly she is not filing income tax return.Similarly my daughter has just joined a job and having income less than taxable limit of Rs250000/- p.a.My query is that ,is it compulsory for them to link their Aadhar no with their PAN no before 30/06/2020. or there there is no need to link the Aadhar no and PAN Thanks

My relative has need of fund for purchasing Agrl.land. He want Rs.5,00,000/- as time being shortfall of fund. He refund this amount after 2-3 months.
