Can ITC Claim of F.Y.-2018-19 in GSTR-3B up to September'2019 ? one of my client itc of nov'2018 not claimed till the GSTR-3B of Feb'2019. I wants to know can he Claim such ITC in GSTR-3B from March'2019 to Sep'2019 as his GSTR-3B not filed from Feb'2019. Please reply. Thanks & Regards

One I t.person (son) cash gift received from another person( Mather) Rs.150000/- * 3 times different dates total Rs.450000/- received one finicial year allowed in income tax act.
I have asked to CA he said that ito can not levy Penalty U/S 234F if my original return is filed in due time and there is no provision of penalty u/s 234F in Revised Return. then now what i to do?

sir how can ito levy penalty u/s 234F as my original return filed in prescribed time period i.e. 31.08.2019 of Income tax Return A.Y.-2019-20.As per rule of Income tax If i filed my return in time then there is no provision to levy penalty in Revise Return. Please answer in details.

I have Submitted Income Tax Return A.Y.-2019-2 on Dt. 31.08.2019 showing Income Rs. 317000/- and e verified on 24.12.2019. Thereafter I filed a revised I.T. Return on Dt. 24.12.2019 and showing Income Rs. 340000/-. Thereafter I got Intimation U/s 143(1) on Dtd. 13.01.2020 showing Penalty U/s 234F of Rs. 1000/-. I want to Know that an ITO can Impose Penalty U/s 234F in Revise Return or not ? Please Answer anyone Thanks & Regards.

We have sold our flat situated in Virar(Maharashtra State),which was in my wife name and myself.
We purchased it in 1990 and sold in Nov;2019.
So,we have to pay capital gains tax.
To avoid capital gain tax:
A)where it should be invested?
B)can entire received amount to be must be invested?
