Cheating case

One Delhi based bogus company had their Agent in Hyderabad cheated many members promising cheap interest loans and finally the culprits at delhi were got arrested by ccs police on my complaint followed by many others. The investigating officer, Mr.Ramavtar Tyagi handled this case and with the court orders their property and cash,to the tune of 25lacs was recovered and seized as per the reports/information given by the investigating officer.
I have been in touch with the officer over phone, enquiring as to when we will be getting our money back.Everytime some reason is quoted and I do not know how to get correct status and what could be done to speed up the matter.
I request the expert panel to advise me and also help from the delhi based advocate to take up this issue. My amount involved was 1.75 lacs.Iam from Hyderabad.

misleading by Bar council of india

dear sir,
i given a complaint to bci related to the irregularities and violating the norms of bci by some law colleges.in this context i gathered some documantary proof under rti-2005.The bci assured me for full cooperation and suggested me to send all the valuable documentary proof i am having.Despite of sending all the essential documents the bci was not initiating any action against such fraud colleges and now i am expecting that the Bci seems to be managed by these colleges and despite of continous reminder the Bci was not responding to me.just i want to know whether the bar council of india comes under the perview of Right To Information Act or not.
