(Querist) 01 November 2009 This query is : Resolved
Sir,
May i have the following free three judgements
1) Joy Auto Works Versus Sumer Builders (P) Ltd & Anr 2009 (4) SCC 691
ii) Tulip Park Cooperative Housing Society Ltd Versus Sai Overseas Import & Export AIR 1999 SC 3665
iii) New India Assurance Co Ltd Versus Sri Venkata Padmawati .. Rice Mills AIR 2000 SCC 334
Being a caveator before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, I want to give certain pages of the proceedings to the Hon'ble Court hearing the matter, which the appellant has deliberately not filed.
How, can these be brought to the notice of Hon'ble court in support of my case?
i)ie on the date (how will I come to know?) when the appellant is heard for admission of his/her SLP ?
ii) If not when and how ? I shall be grateful if in detail I could be informed so as to get justice, including the format by which Hon'ble highest court of the land will accept.

i think you are intending to appear in person before the Hon'ble SC.

you may however approach some lawyer as well, there are few good lawyers in courts who can help you in preparing your case.

as far as judgments are concerned visit any local lawyer and seek his help or visit the bar library to get the copies.

since you intend to place on record certain document before the Hon'ble SC, necessary appliction has to be moved for this purpose....so its advisable seek help of a lawyer.

U r a cavetor in your absency court will not hear anything it first issue to the noticeto the cavetor.
When caveat is there appeal will be admitted definately.
As kiran said better to approach good lawyer.

it is suggested to approach a gud lawyer to pleade your case in SC. all citations are available with them and all procedural matters asked by you shall also be effectively dealt by him.
