I am a petitioner and i am a IPS officer in uttar pradesh.My promotion is due but they denied my promotion on the basis of only one missing annual confidential report.well i just want to know is there any supreme court judgement in my favour?? what should i do in that case???

SUPPOSE B HAS ADVANCED CERTAIN SUM MONEY TO Z,THROUGH A CHEQUE,AS A LOAN,WITHOUT ANY DOCUMENTRY EVIDENCE AT 1%RATE OF INTEREST PER MONTH.AND B MAKES NOTE OF SAME IN HIS DIARY, AFTER EXPIREY OF ONE YEAR,BOTH PRINCIPAL AND MONTHLY INTEREST OF THE AMOUNT ADVANCED ARE DUE FROM Z,WHICH HAS BEEN ALSO RECORDED BY B IN HIS DIRAY .AFTER SOME TIME BOTH B AND Z HAVE EXPIRED. AND Z'S SON AGREES TO PAY ONLY HALF OF THE AMOUNT ADVANCED TO B's SON THROUGH A CHEQUE. Dear Sir,
One person is known in his family as well in his school as Hansraj and now in his Business and in social circle he is known as Mr. Haresh.
My query is whether this Gentleman can keep his both the identity ?? Since he has his Personal Identity in the name of Hansraj, can he sign the legal documents in the name of Haresh ??
or should he make an application for change of Name in the state gazette and can use both his identity ??
Pls. advice.

agreement exectuted between the parties at chd. there is an arbitration clause in the agreement, according to arb clause arbitration procedings be initiated in mumbai if required.customer living in sangrur (punjab) .company having a regional office at chd. can company file section 9 petition at chd for interim relief for appiointment of reciever?

As per my knowledge, first time when we login into any website with our account and password, it will not ask again for login. But this forum, asks every time a login and password to access to anything and treat us as Guest. For example, I am already logged in and written a message under the "Ask A Query" category. After finishing when I clik to "Submit", it again ask me for login and password. I'm fed up of this. I request Admin. office to please look into this matter.

"Advocate Dinesh Mota who was asked by the Maharashtra legal aid to take up Kasab's case has refused to do so. Speaking to the media persons he said, “I was asked to take up Kasab’s case by the Maharashtra legal aid. But I refused to do so,” he said.
Mumbai attack accused, Mohammedd Ajmal Kasab has been in police custody since November 27. Ajmal was arrested from Girgaum Chowpatty while his associate Ismail Khan was killed in a police encounter on the fateful night of 26/11 attacks.
Ajmal and Ismail had killed 55 commuters at CST and three senior police officers, including Maharashtra ATS Chief Hemant Karkare.
Ajmal has been charged with murder, attempt to murder and conspiracy. Ajmal is being tried in 12 cases in the Mumbai terror attacks."
