Apartments association meetings and bylaws

Dear Experts,

Good Morning.
We, the Apartments Owners Association has been formed and registered under the 1860 Societies Registration Act XXI in 2023 September along with all those completed formalities including submission of the first GBM approved Bylaws.
In the bylaws (already reviewed and approved by the district registrar office, Kerala)we have mentioned regarding the mode of conducting the meeting (both EC-Executive Committee and General Body Body including AGM) as: if required, the President can decide to make it either online like google meet or for a hybrid mode (online cum direct). With reference to this point, the first AGM now in August, we have conducted the meeting in google meet mainly to submit the audit reports of the 23-24 year and for the election of new team as office Bearers and EC members for the asdociation with ref to our bylaws. Thus through the google meet we have elected a new team of office Bearers and EC members which has been accepted and approved by the GBM.
Now as part of the Certification/Registration renewal, we have submitted the relevant minutes of the above Google meet AGM along with attendance of the members in the meeting etc. along with newly elected members list for their review and approval.
But the registration office denied to approve the same stating that Googlemeet is not allowed or approved by the Govt for such matters. How can us produce the proper evidence without the signatures of the members attended ..... is also the main query they have.

Now, my query are as follows:
1. Whether anything is mentioned in the 1860 Societies Act specifically indicating the administrational norms of the registered apartment association including how to conduct the meetings, how to prepare the minutes, who should review the meeting or approve it - that we should follow and write in the Bylaws?
2. Otherwise based on which reference we should make our Bylaws?
3. If the clauses and statements in the approved (approved by the distvregistervoffice) bylaws are not for the implementation, then what is the purpose of such bylaw?

We are now in such a scenario that unable to move forward.

84 c patra remark on sat bara

I purchased 3 guntha land in Dhayari village in pune district in 1988.84c patra remark is there in the 7/12.
The relevant ferfar says that it is since the buyer is not a agriculturist.
However I was a agriculturist at that time and is still now.I have agricultural land in my name and have obtained old 7/12.
Can I apply to the tahasildar for removal of the remark ? Is there any penalty for removal and for the delay?
Under which section should I apply?is it section 155 of revenue act?
The land has come in Pune city corporation area now.

Police complaint - association - outgoing secretary

There is already a complaint pending with registrar on the illegally transferring the association activities to a set of people in the society without any proper election. A notice was served on the same to the association.

Despite the complaint is under investigation at the registrar, they are transfering the administration to the set of people. can I file a police complaint on association for illegally transferring the administration to other team ?

Background:

my wife left a 1-star review on Google, expressing her dissatisfaction with his services.

The Incident:

In response to this review, Dr. publicly disclosed my wife’s real name, details of her medical history, and even mentioned my name in a reply posted online. His response included the date of her visits, details about her eye condition, and other private information that should have remained confidential. This disclosure not only violates medical ethics but also breaches our right to privacy.

Moreover, Dr. threatened legal action against us unless we remove the review, which we believe is an intimidation tactic to silence our legitimate feedback.

Name transfer for a plot in indore development authority

Indore Development Authority allotted a 1000 sq feet plot to a person through a registered lease deed. I bought half of that plot i.e. 500 sq feet from that person through a registered deed. As per the rules of Indore Development Authority, if a 1000 sq. ft. plot was sold, the name would have been transferred to Indore Development Authority. But if part property was sold, the name of the buyer of part property would not be recorded in the records of Indore Development Authority or it can be said that then name transfer will not happen. It has been 18 years since I bought the property but the situation is still the same. I want to sell my plot but no bank is giving loan to the buyer because the property is still registered in the name of the person from whom I bought the plot. Any buyer is also afraid due to this reason that the property is still registered in the name of that person in Indore Development Authority. Due to these reasons, I am not able to sell the plot. Please tell me what remedies are available to me? Should I approach the court of law against Indore Development Authority?
