Dear Hon'ble members,
Can somebody suggest me what are the options available for an individual, who has sought an information under RTI Act and the information provided by PIO is wrong ?
The relevant rule,the authority with complete address - in General Terms -, and the limitation ie in how many days the action can be taken ?

Sir,
I have filed form 1A under MCA but due to mistake in Form No-1A, state has been mentioned at Uttrakhand instaed of Uttar Pradesh. The name applied for has been approved. We want the same name. Can any one help me to tell the procedure what we have to do so that state may be changed in Form 1A. pleas advise me what i have to do.

wife filed maintanance application,in that application she filed copy of police compliant & notice send by her to husband, after taking evidence the application was dismissed by court.After that husband filed Divorce Petition on grounds of Cruelty & Desertion wife not appear before court the matter proceed ex-parte.Husband filed certified copy of all document's which were filed by wife in maintanance application & deposition's of both parties & judgement.My query is that abovesaid documents are need to prove? In my opinion those are admitted documents & as per sec. 58 of evidance act admitted fact need not prove & sec.33 of said act relevancy of certain evidence for proving,in subseqeunt proceeding,the truth of facts therein stated.I need your help Plz post your reply.

Hi,
I have passed my LL.B. degree in May 2008 from Mumbai University and have currently moved to the USA. Do I need to be physically present in Mumbai if I need to apply for the SANAD in Mumbai(i.e. Mah & Goa Bar) or is it possible to send my representative and the required documentation & fees. I need to apply for the California Bar exam and need to submit proof of admittance in India. Its not possible for me to travel back to India at this time. Also, I would be ok if I need to provide any Notarized Authorization (US Notary) to my brother or father to do the requisite documentation. Any advise or information would be greatly appreciated.

Mr Ramesh, I am joyce, a lady. thanks for the reply. I know the meaning of juridiction, but in one of my case mvc is filed at other district where accident took at anothre distrct,& parties reside again in other different district, So hw can this petiton be tried? to be clear: Accident at Mangalore, parties resides at Bagalkot dist, filed at Gadag dist. Can it be entertained by Gadag court is my querry?

I had come across an advertisement published in a news paper 'Rajasthan Patrika'dated 9/12/09 in which is with the heading 'Dadi Ma Ke Nukse' under this techniques are given to kill new born girl child. So, I want to ask that under what provisions we can go against the newspaper and what remedies are available. I request you all please reply as soon as possible and also some SC judgments.
