DELIVERY OF ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS

A Sale agreement is enetered and the buyer has paid a token advance. To pay the balance amount he wants to avail bank finance. For this, he is asking us to provide the original documents to be submitted to Bank. My question is, without getting full payment and registering the documents in favour of the buyer, whether we can give the original documents? Whether the buyer can deceive us by taking the Originals

Information act.

In Taminad housing board, I had purchased a house. In the year 2004 I went to the office and was ready to pay the full settllement of my account ( orally ofcourse). In the office they told that I had to pay Rs 6875 and accordingly I paid the sum.
Now in the year 2009, a notice has been served that I had to pay Rs 20000.
What I want is the complete account details of the same.
Can I get the details from the board using Right to know information act? If so what is the procedure. Thanking you the expers.

FATS : TYPES(GOOD/BAD/WORST),NECESSITY ETC

Dear All,
Fats are necessary for human body. Ftas provide energy and are necessary for growth, healthy skin and metabolism. Fats also help to absorb fat soluble vitamins like A,D,E&K. Fats are of following types--
a. Saturated Fats. These Fats are derived
from animal products, such as meat, dairy
(buter,ghee,paneer, mava)eggs and some
plant based sources like coconut oil,
palm oil etc. Thes are solid at room tem-
peratures and they clog our arteries
increase our LDL ( bad cholestrol ).
Avoid these as much as possible.

Note--More on subject to-morrow.
