My name is randhir. Sir mere kisi ladai hue the toh mujhe per f.I.r launch hue hai 308ACT. Or sir me govt. Job ki preparation kar RHA hu.kya mujhe ab govt. Job nhi mil skti kya...?
Me govt. Job k liye apply nhi kar skta.....?

I have taken admission in Gujarat University in LLBA on the basis of MBA with 56% because I have below 45% in graduation level.
Now as per Gujarat University LLB manual eligibility criteria is “ The candidates having below 45 % at the Graduation Level Examination (Qualifying Examination) but having 45 % or more than 45 % at the Post Graduation Level is eligible to take admission in Three Years’ LL.B. Program
After taking admission college send my all documents to Gujarat University and university has reject my documents with the reason that we consider post graduation percentage in the case if you have below in graduation only in like degree as B.Com then M.Com / B.sc then M.sc but not B.Com and then M.B.A. even he is saying MBA and B.Ed degree not consider in post graduate degree.
Please advice for my further action.

Dear sir,
My brother had applied for education loan on line for computer science and engineering with 89% marks and college allotment through entrance exam with excellent merit rank he got approval in principle for rs 330000 and he was suppose to submit his document for sanction of money in the nearest branch
He went multiple times to the bank but the loan officer neglects to receive the documents
My brother complained to the toll free number of SBI and the complain was registered for resolution following which he got SMS from chief manager of the bank who gave assurance for the problem and adviced him to meet the loan officer with his reference
My brother went multiple times to the officer but he was avoiding from one day to another
My brother went to the chief manager who directed loan officer to look at the documents
The loan officer verified the documents and had no objection regarding the same and assured my brother sanction of loan but with terms and condition of his own
The loan officer directed my brother to make insurance of rs 300000 from his end and keep the insurance policy as security along with FD of 100000
The loan officer stated that tuition fee would be provided to my brother but hostel fee,computer,books,other expenses had to be manage by himself
It is pertinent to mention hostel fee is only rs 70000
Now my brother being unsatisfied went to the SBI branch and gave his application with all his documents and requested bank to give written explanation regarding any documents or securities required for sanction of education loan but the loan officer is not accepting the application and documents sir how should we submit the documents to the bank when they are not ready to accept it
Further most important terms and condition of sbi clearly.states no collateral security below 4 lakhs and also clearly mention hostel , computer books and other expenses would be provided through education loan sir how to proceed further regarding same

Sir,
I m dhiraj Kumar Sharma from jharkhand.sir I m faces very big problem in my name spelling mistakes in 10th certificates .my 10th name is DHEERAJ but 12th and degree certificate name is DHIRAJ . This mistake is stopping me in my jobs.
Sir how to remove this problem.

Hi,
My friend(a1) made a accident with the bike , a1 dashed the bike against a ice cream push cart , the ice cream seller was not injured at all but the police framed us. It all happened in the year august 2014. I(a2) and one of my friend(a3) was with him(a1) at that time.The police falsely framed that i and one of my friend instigated a1 to do such thing.so we were charged with ipc.308,337,188,279. We got bail from the sessions court after 2 days. Then its been two years since we didnt received anything from the court.
My question is .. What will be the consequences we will face here after...and can i apply for the passport..i am working in a software company and i need to go to abroad.

Lawyers will fix their vehicles with lawyer symbol stickers... Whether a law student can fix that sticker in his vehicle ...Any rules regarding it ? And any advantages??

I am in 5th semester of LLB three year course and selected for Govt Job of LDC. Now what must i choose ? There is no provision of attendance in my college . Clerks already show 80% attendance of each candidate . We only go to college for Exams . Some people are saying join Job and do LLB side by side by giving exams ?
