Delaying Salary

Hi, l am working in a gaming company. I joined on 01 December 2016. As per the offer letter salary date is every month 5th. But till this month ( may 2017) they didn't follow the date and every month they are paying salary on 15 th or 17 and some months on 26 or 27. Many times l put complaint regarding this and management was not bothering. They sent an email notification of delay in payment in December. In that mail they mentioned till April there will be a delay in paying salary. But after that also they are not paying on time. l questioned this and HR informed they can't tell a proper date. So On April 21st l put my resignation because of this salary issue. Till this date they didn't give a reply mail for that. And l spoke to the Manager regarding this.l didn't sent the work which they assigned last month because of delaying salary. l have completed that but l informed the management the work but l informed manager that after paying my salary only l will send the work. l mentioned one month notice period in my resignation(21April 2017 to 21May 2017).May 21st lt will be completed. But still they didn't pay my salary. They are telling me to give the work and leave whenever company have the fund that time they will pay my one month salary(April 2017) and salary for the month May they will pay as f&f after 45 days. But l am not ready to leave without getting my April month salary. And I am ready to wait for the last month salary (May 2017) (As per company policy after 45 days of leaving). I informed this to the management but they are not ready to give the money and still asking for the work and telling whenever l am giving the work they are ready to relieve me but without giving salary.

Please suggest me what l can do in this situation.

Insolvency and bankruptcy code

We have supplied our products to few companies in India but they failed to pay our outstanding even after case filed under delayed payment Act under MSMED Act 2006 and Arbitrator appointed by the faciliation council have also decided the case in our favour.

Now we seek justice under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code Law and in other company law.

Pl suggest the remedies and expert advocate for this purpose

Can a bank hold salary of employee of a organization, if not then there is any jurisdiction regarding this.

Can a health care service provider company revoke services on the basis of misrepresentation

Can a health care service provider company revoke services of its clients on the basis of misrepresentation of facts? We have been taking services from Portea as my mother is a multiple strokes patient and fully bed ridden for last 2 years. The manager of the company is saying that we can not provide you services because we don't have any staff in that location. The fact is they have many clients in Dwarka, Delhi. He just wants to stop our service because the Delhi metro fair got increased.

What is standard terms and condition to be print on service invoice

Hi,

I have recently started a business under IT services provider, i have dealing in multiple service through online, I have taken all the services through the service provider and resell all the services to my clients.

Now, I want to know What kind of terms and conditions should be mentioned on my invoice which is i am issuing to our client/customer after providing the services and collect the payment.

What is the standard terms and condition as per legal way.

Please help me with your valuable support and suggestion.

Bifr registered companies

Sir, We are SSI registered Corrugated cartons manufacturing unit.one of my customer is BIFR registered since 2010. His DRS is still not accepted by BIFR. I have started supplying him corrugated cartons from 2008 & he has not disclosed that they are BIFR registered.He was giving us payment so we have filed case with MSME Facilitation council.During Discussions, he was trying to convince that he is protected due to BIFR registered unit.Now, As SICA Act has been repealed & BIFR has been dissolved by Government, what will happen to BIFR registered unit ? Pls. guide.

Can an Indian Private Company provide software services to a foreign unrelated start up company without having equity stake in such entity?? Due to financial constraint, if a debit note is issued & later such debit note is converted into preference shares in the first round of payment, whether it is possible??

Does having an overseas jv/wos in such cases is mandate?

Pls guide. What fema compliances needs to be fulfilled?

m in receipt of demand notice under S.13(2) demanding the loan amount as I defaulted successive 3-4 installment now i am willing to pay regular installment with defaulted installment but notice say that I have to arrange entire amount in next 60 days. Kindly advice me.

Revoke Bank Guarantee

My sister is doing a job against 2 years bond. She has submitted bank guarantee against fd of 1 lakh. But now she wants to leave the job because they are changing her post to client care eng from block development eng. She also has some harassment reasons.
Is there any way to get the fd amount by revoking bank guarantee?
Please help!
