Ppf withdrawal limit of non contributing account

Hi
I am a software professional currently self employed.

I started my PPF way back in 2000 for tax saving purposes with regular contributions to my PPF till 2015.

However in 2013 I got a good long term job opportunity in US and moved there with my family.

In 2015 my PPF completed 15 years and as I was not in India I made no contribution in that year.

As per PPF rules to continue membership after 15 years the PPF member needs to make a contribution withni 1 year of the maturity of the PPF scheme and if no contribution the member will not be able to continue to his PPF.
However interest will continue to be accrued.
Of late I wanted to withdraw part of the amount from my matured PPF but I was informed by my bank in which I have my PPF account that after maturity and post non contribution part withdrawals are not allowed hence I would have to withdraw the entire amount in one go.
My question to experts is:

1) Is there any such rule that restricts partial withdrawal post maturity of PPF and after non contribution.

2) If I so withdraw the amount will it be considered my income for a FY.

3) If I have to withdraw the entire amount can I move it to the bank account of my family member.

Please help.

Regards

Arvind

I was told to approach Corporate court to file case.

Arbitration

In the Arbitration(amended) Act 2015, there is a schedule for fees. In the note to the said schedule it is mentioned that in case of sole arbitrator additional 25% fees will be payable extra.
My query is whether the Arbitral tribunal(consisting of three arbitrators) is eligible for the fee stipulated in the schedule or they can ask for extra fee per sittings? There is no court order to appoint the arbitration. It is between two parties only.
further in case of appointment of sole arbitrator, can he ask for addtional fee per sitting?
Kindly advise.

Improper use of letterhead

A person was working with a company for few years and had quit in Jan, 16. However he did not get any reliving letter and any experience letter. The person arranges the said documents from the office through his office collegues on company letterhead and gets them signed from his collegue as authorised signatory however does mention in it that he had worked there till May, 16. The employer comes to know about the same and is planning to take legal action against the employee who had quit the job. What are the options available with the employee if the employer files a case against him and the employee accepts his mistake

The Factories Act,1948 stipulates that in the case of a company ,one of the directors could be appointed as occupier of the factory.
Now the Company desires to know, whether an independent director can be appointed as an "Occupier" of the factory.
Though there is no specific restriction in the Act,can an ID be involved in the day to day affairs of a factory?
