My client is hindu by birth converted herself to Christianity in a church and married to a christian at church. Now as there is no coordial relationship between the spouse want to dissolve the marriage and she wants to reconvert as hindu. Can I file a declaration suit to the effect apart filing matrimonial case?

who shall have to monitor and enforce the rule 49(o), of Conduction of Elections Rules? once the Act was passed, is there any requirement of political will, to accept or reject? in this aspect, what is the role of Apex Court?

Dear Sirs, I filed an application for NP Bore 0.22 revolver at Kolkata, I am also a member of the Bar. I like to know that if I can file a Mandamus against Kolkata Police / Home department for not considering my application since last one year. If yes, what is the procedure, and how can I be guided, I want to pursue the case myself.

In any investigation, the judiciary is relying upon the State or it's agencies to collect the evidence, in the adjudication process. but as per the principles of natural justice, the State is not come under the bias, in cases against the state?
how the judiciary shall rely the State and it's agencies, in the adjudication process?
why not it suggest to have an independent institutional mechanism for adjudication process, with checks & measures, if any required?

High court has given order.
No time limit is given to follow the order.
After how many days we can do the contenmpt of court order in such case.

1 socitery registered under Socitey act which consist of people who dnt believe in god...they form a clg and recived grant in aid...they select a principal on their on choice who being a member of tht socitey after giving advertisement for pricipal...one of the eligible candidate file a case...govt took away the grant in aid as saying violation of the ir policy as maladministration.
University replied tht they being a minority may take any decision. govt thn ask to prove the same.National Minority Commission said not a minority as dosnt believe on relgion...than plea is made to Human Right Commission they approved the minority status and asked to resume grant in aid . Gzovt didnt accept the same

I AM ASKING TO ALL ADVOCATES OF INDIA WHY JUDGES ARE APPOINTIG AFTER THEIR LEGALLY RETIREMENT? NO OTHER DEPARTMENT ARE FOLLOWING THIS TYPE OF ILLEGAL AND AGAINST CONSTITUTIONAL LAW. RETIRED DESTRICT JUDGES HASBEEN APPOINTED ,RETIRED HIGH COURT AND SUPREMECOURT JUDGES ALSO REAPPOINTED SOMEWHERE AFTER THEIR CONSTITUTIONAL RETIREMENT AGE?
ONCE RETIRE ALWAYES RETIRE IS THE POLICY AND RULE IN OUR COUNTRY THEN WHY JUDICIARY IS EXEMPTED?WHAT IS PARLIAMENT DOING?AND WAHT IS ALL SENIOR DOING WHY THEY COULD NOT OPPOSED THIS POLICY?
