1) last year I got bonus but this year I resigned in October and given one month notice in place of two working month now company is denying my bonus in November though they have deducted one month salary.
2) also in my salary slip they are writing Days paid = 26 and we are getting coff for working in Sunday so my notice period will be of 26 days or 30 days in month
3) they are denying the coff earned during notice period so what is to be done
I WAS in jk gramin bank and chargesheeted for going to court against bank fo transfer . chargesheeted completed and they gave me strick warning and punishment for one increment stopped for 18 months temporarily .i cleared exam and interview in other bank and resigned jk gramin bank .now other bank is examined my documens and relieving letter and ask for wait for my joining as they will ask from higher authority for more clearence .now 25-30 days passed and when i am calling them the replying every time that they assigned a company to enquiry about last resigned bank and then higher authority will decide to give joining or not .so can my employed can teminate my job on the reason -previous bank chargeshet
Respected Learned Experts, I had filed an OA before CAT, Chennai Bench against the order of my department relating to payment of gratuity. The CAT Bench, has remitted back the issue to my department to pass a speaking order within a period of 3 months as the earlier order passed was cryptic. The period of 3 months has been completed in the middle of Sep.2023, but no order was passed. Hence I have issued a show cause notice by name to the officers of my department for initiating contempt proceedings. Now, the department is filing a Misc. Application before the CAT Bench for extension of time for a period of 6 months and condone delay petition for delay in filing the time extension petition. How can I defend those Misc. Applications? What is the general rule provisions in the matter? Is there any judgment on turning down the Misc. Application? If the worker not paying subscription of more than 6 months can the worker be disqualified from.the membership of Trade union. This same practice is going on in our trade union committee is not taking the subscription fees from the worker whom they found that he is active and may ask to many questions and creat a problem for them committee make such worker subscription pending so that later they can be suppressed by the committee I'd they ask any think or try to do some legal action against the committee. Pls look my query it's a request and what can be the remedy regarding this matter
Is there any mandatory provision of voting in trade union and how long trade union leader can hold office without voting and can voting be done without the audit report of the union because they are not doing election and harrassing the worker of trade union
Can additional documents be filed at any stage in criminal cases?
Respected Learned Experts, I had been suspended following the action of CBI-ACB along with my colleague. Both were tried with two separate criminal cases by CBI. The criminal case after examining all the witnesses had acquitted myself and my colleague. My department has regularized the services of my colleague but turned down my request for regularization of suspension period. The judgment of both of us contains the same wordings except the names. There is no departmental action on the issue for both of us. Is there any judgment or administrative circulars for regularization of suspension period. I am going to contest the case as Party In Person. Hence, I shall be much grateful if any body provide me the guiding authority to regulate the suspension period issued either by court or personnel department. I am governed my CCS Rules. Trade union leader and representative having criminal cases pending few of them are on bail of serious offence. Can they are holding post like general secretary and president what can.be done against them pls guide me they are misbehaving with workers and doing gaga behaviour. And everyone is afraid of them can we do something regarding this matter
