Payment of contribution under ESI act

If we have deposited the cheque in state bank of India (the designated bank) with the challans within the due date of payment (21st) towards ESI contribution payment, whether the employer is discharged, even if the bank had delayed the sending of the cheque for collection of proceeds?

Applicability of compulsory notification of vacancies under employment exchange act

The inspector in Gujarat insists for compliance of compulsory notification of vacancies under employment exchange act, though the number of employees are less than 25. Whether any state amendment has come reducing the number to 10 as claimed by him? Is there any specific registration of establishment under the act and if so any rules are framed by Government of gujarat?

I am sending this message for my wife , whose brother dead while working as a class IV servant in the kerala agricultural university,. He was an unmarried man . he was the only earning member of the family. The husbands of both sisters are un employed. Recently I heard about the new govt GO relates to ding harness job as per the new order is she deserve the job of her brother. I expect a reply soon

In Delhi PF and ESI is adminstered by PF commissioners and ESI(as per jurisdiction)There are many other labour laws (list below) applicable to a factory and establishments in delhi. I want to know the name of the authorities/departments who are responsible for registration,renewal and other functions.

1. factories act
2. Contract Labour Act
3. minimum wages Act
4. Payment of Bonus Act
5. payment of gratuity act
6. Apprentice act
7.Shops and establishment Act
8.Industrial Employment Standing Orders act

Difference/Procedure between Labour Court & Industrial Court

I want to knw what is the difference between Labour Court & Industrial Court, which matters should be filed before Industrial Court & Labour Court and who can file the same.

whats the meximum fees of a sat lawyer? i've got one who is taking 15K per hearing. but not a grat help in the case yet. so need to know accurately to find out how genuine our lawyer is.

Sr,
What are the things to be kept in mind as far as labour laws are concerned, while making labour sheet of the construction Co. Specially in regard of the followings :

a) Their minimum wages (Maharashtra)
b) Whether the acknowledgement can be taken on vouchers or Labour sheet is mandotary to avoid labour law probs and Tax Problems
c) P.F, Bonus and ESIC if applicable.

Many a times it has been noticed that Company makes fake labour sheet and
vouchers. how can that be identified as an working auditor.

Any other useful suggestions to avoid problems.
