Sir , I am a govt regular employee, I have applied through proper channel for new job and got selected in that which is a psc lecturer post. When I was working in old department a fir is lodge against me which is pending and about to dispose of in 3-4 month. I also mention about this in my new job and after police verification they served me joining letter. But due to case is pending in court I want some time in joining so I requested for 6 month extension in joining but they give me 1 month time only. Sir pls suggest me how can I get 6 month time so that I finish all pending case in old job and join in new with fresh mind. As I want to join new job but it is in other state and if I join new then I can not finish my court case early . And also I have doubt that is their any mistake by their side so they don't check for court case. Sir pls suggest so I can join new job

I was working for a company which maintains (exempted) EPF account in Mumbai, after leaving the company I joined another company which has EPF account managed under Delhi EPF office, in 2016 I had got the transfer request to the Delhi office processed and the previous company had sent out the cheque to my company for the transfer. This was submitted to Delhi EPF office but the transfer amount entry is still not coming up in my epf passbook. I realized this in 2019 and since then I have raised multiple grievances with the EPF office but I get a standard reply " credit confirmation has been called for from the cash section, please wait"
I just want to know whom should I approach and how do I process here.

Google sold me faulty phone and refuse to replace hence I sent legal notice via registered post to the address mentioned on the Phone Box. The notice could not be delivered to address as either the address is invalid or office moved to a different location. I tried multiple times to get address from Google, but they refused every single time. How can I file case against google in such scenario. Also is it punishable under law to write invalid address on product package and where to complaint for the same.

I am working in railway at Titlagarh station Odisha and my husband working in Ordnance factory at Jabalpur.My husband applied for transfer to Badmal ordnance factory on spouse ground but it is regretted by Badmal ordnance factory.Odisha is my home state and I am staying here with my 1 year old baby and above 70 years old parents.I face many proble, it very diffical for me to handle along.so I want my husband came to me though tranfer on spouse ground,could it possible.?

One Company(Fisheries Development Corp Ltd) Merged with State Fisheries Dev Corp Ltd(SFDC Ltd) on 10.10.2019.
Fisheries Development Corp Ltd)(FDC Ltd) have 100 employees whose Provident Fund Account maintained under FDC Ltd.
Now after merger as FDC Ltd.dissolved without liquidation, as per scheme of merger all those 100 employees of FDC Ltd. will be the employees of SFDC ltd. So from the date of merger their employer is SFDC Ltd.
But when we visited to Regional Provident Fund office they simply refused to accept court order on merger. And states that all those employees have to submit Form 13(change of company by the employees)..
My 1st query before the expert(s) is " As the scheme of merger states on and from the date of merger all the employees of transferor Company will be treated as employees of transferee company without any further action then why employees will have to submit Form 13?
My 2nd query is can we move to Provident Fund head Office at New Delhi

Sir, My Query is My Brother, aged 42 now is terminated before the end of his probation from SBI 07 years back citing non disclosure of pending case (false case related to his marriage which was closed in Lok Adalat in 2013) at the time of appointment. He filed a WP in Hon'ble High Court and Hon'ble High Court allowed the WP and directed the Bank to reconsider the issue. But, SBI replied that they have reconsidered the matter and are sticking to their initial stand of termination. So, again, My Brother filed another WP (he could not file contempt of court case as SBI says that that it reconsidered the matter) in Hon'ble High Court. But, for the past 3 years, SBI is not filing the counter. My Advocate says that SBI needs to file the counter for movement of the case. Please suggest what should we do??
