I am working as a recovery agent for State Bank of India since from the year 2020. And we are authorised resolution agents for the State Bank of India. And we had resolution agent’s agreement with bank. The bank has entrusted many number of NPA cases to recover the out standings/debt from the borrower/s under SARFAESI Act (2002) by giving authorisation letter in writing. Accordingly the recovery process has done as per the SARFAESI guidelines and succeeded in recovering the outstanding amount from the borrowers to the loan account. As per the terms and conditions of agreement we had submitted our recovery commission charges to the branch/RBO for payments. But they are neglecting to make payments saying today /tomorrow will make it. It’s almost 2years passes, the erstwhile branch manager/Authorised officer has been transferred to some other branches, but I haven't received my dues yet. But when I approached, RO/ ZO/ Head office through email correspondence & personal meeting for the commission I was asked to produce 1.) Letter of Appointment 2.) List of accounts assigned 3.) List of accounts in which recovery has been done and everything was produced to them. But all in vain. It's been a 2 year and nothing so far has come from them. They are not even replying to emails.
Now I am seeking expert’s opinion on this as where to approach now for complaint. Should I go for the civil suit or is it a matter of consumer court. Secondly, Can I complaint to the RBI, Banking Ombudsman, CVC and other government agencies for the same

Sir, I resigned during the training time in CRPF because my selection in other post.
I could not get DV in the second job because CRPF delayed my documents by a day.
When I talked to the department and wrote a letter to them, they asked me to wait and said that we will contact you as soon as we get a reply from above.
Can I rejoin CRPF now? It's been 2 months since I resigned.

Respected Learned Experts, my department has filed a Writ Petition against the order passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chennai. The order passed by CAT is in my favour. Against which, my department has filed WP in 2022. The High Court is pleased to pass an order on 07.12.2022 "Notice and Private Notice 4 weeks for admission". Even after the lapse of 1 year, the WP is not listed for admission. In the above circumstances, whether I may approach the CAT for execution of the order passed as there is no stay granted by the High Court till date. As I am appearing as Party in person before the CAT and High Court, I may kindly be advised. Is there any provision for listing of case in the High Court at an early date as I am a senior citizen. Please spare your valuable time and guide me in the proper direction. Thanks to all Learned Experts in anticipation.
My Company is not paying my salary since last 4 month. The people working on plant are paid but the few employees, working at Head quarter are not paid. Every time they are giving new date but not salary. Company is also facing financial crisis due to bad policy and intention.
I joined this company in March-23 in Mid Level Management. What should i do in this scenario? Company is not openly denying salary but some times they sending msg to employee for resignation. Here are the facts of my case...
1. Met an associate to discuss on film making In august 2021, started working in office since 19 dec 2021.
2. The agreed terms were as follows:
• I asked for a basic pay that was denied, i was told all expenses will be paid(fooding and accommodation, travel and other necessary)
• It was agreed that i will be joining as a partner in profits, no capital investment on my part all the investment and expenses were to be paid by other part.
• An agreement was made(MOU) stating that i will be appointed as the ceo for the company. That to protect my interests on the agreement binding a duly signed blank cheque was provided to me.
• Under this agreemnt if the company fails to keep their promises as discussed in agreement or fail to proceed with project due to any condition i am liable to use the blank cheque as in payments .
• The MOU duly signed in hard copy on company letterhead. And a xerox was provided to me with the blank cheque in original.
• Now, as of today the company seems to be playing a con on me... lingering the process and project. It seems in future it will shut down the project. Film making is a very difficult task, millions of people start with it and only a few 100 get the exit.
• Now after 2 years of efforts and time given in I am left with nothing. The company(the director) may have used my name and position to get favors and funding with might have been used in real estate(can't be sure).. but yes enjoyed the perks.
• Now I have the xerox of the agreemnt and the blank cheque, what shall i do and how do I deal with this situation.
• I have ingnored all the red flags about this party only in lieu of trust to get this project done. Now as i can see it very clearly things are not going to work out. He is a cheat. Also he is a man of resources, and he won't be paying me anything anymore. Please advise how shall i proceed.
