I purchased a plot of 1200 sqft at outskirts of bangalore & got the same registered vide sale deed.
But in sale deed the market value/ sale value of the property is wrongly mentioned in words but correctly mentioned in figures.(typing mistake)
Current market value is Rs.2,64,000 (Rupees Two Lakhs sixty four Hundred). so instead of Thousand they have mentioned as Hundred. When the same was questioned we got answer as typing error.t will not cause any issues hence can be ignored. or by using whitener it can be corrected and Vendor will counter sign it.
I need your valuable advice how this issue can be solved. Plss help.

We purchased a flat and as per the deal, builder provided 2 parking lots. one in the ground floor and one in the cellar.
Demarketed parking lots are also mentioned in the sale deed.
However the parking lot provided in the cellar is not approachable. He has provided 4 parking lots opposite to each other (between 4 pillers in the cellar) for 4 flats. But once 3 cars are kept, the 4th owner cannot turn his car to park or park it in the space provided.
So effectively whoever comes first (first 3 cars) can park and the 4th car does not have enough space to turn and park.
This is definitely not the issue of driving skills, because best of drivers have failed to do so. When we spoke to the builder he says nothing can be done about it now, after the allocation and sale.
We bought the flat at semi finished stage so the second parking lot was not yet marked then.
Kindly advice if we can take it up as a case against the builder in consumer court or what is the right way to take this up.
Also there is an association formed now, so can the association without involvement of builder take a decision to re allot the parking lot of affected party.

Sir, I want to know about the case of property. Somebody person, was grab our house from my Grandmother of illegal way in 1996. Then we have registered a case against the respondent in Bulandshar court. On the first time, i had won the case. but the respondent again apply in the court. but that time unfortunately, we had lost the case in 2008. Then we had applied a case in the Allahabad High Court in 10/07/2008. Now the case is pending in the court. But now, My grandmother have expired this year in the month of March. we are live in Delhi.Now the respondent & it's relatives are force to empty the house by Physically & maintally way on the behalf of case of 2008 when he has won. The House is situated in Khurja District Bulandshar Uttar Pradesh which the case is running.
So i want to know that what i do and how this. Please give me help.
