Between family members, relinqueshment vs sale deed

Hi

My father died 5 yrs back, survived by wife and 3 daughters. He has one house on his name which was earlier on our grandfathers name. Now our mother also died.

I want to propose two other sisters to pay for thier share of house and to become sole owner of the house.

Question 1)In this regard, is it better to get an relinqueshment deed from other two or to go for sale deed?
2) Will there be any problem in future from my sisters children with claim on the house as it is grand parents property?

Property rights

My grandfather was a government employee and died in the year 1974. He has two sons. My grandmother died in the year 2013.

My grandfather had some self earned property and some grand father's mother property.

My father got my grandfather's job after his death in the year 1981. Now my father's brother is saying that all my grandfather's property will be his property , since my father got grandfather's job.

Please let us know what the law says about this.

Change of caste status due to change in government policy

Sir,
On the basis of the policy then prevailing("the offspring of an intercaste marriage between a non tribal man and a tribal woman can be treated as an ST if he or she has been accepted by the mother's community and has been brought up as a tribal"),I was issued a caste certificate to the effect that I belong to my mother's tribe by the State of Bihar in 2001.
After the Hon'ble SC's judgement in Anjan kumar Vs Union of India in 2006,the Bihar Govt.cancelled the enabling circular in 2007 WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.
The question is can the state govt.deprive me of the right that has become vested in me by the efflux of 12 years time in 2013?
Especially so when the SC in its latest judgement Rameshbhai dabhai Nayaka,delivered in 2012 has upheld such claim of an offspring of an intercaste marriage?
Please answer keeping in mind that the reversal of state govt.'s policy was brought to my notice in 2013 when my certificate was sought to be verified by my employer.

Nattam land

Respected sir / madam,
I have one land at my village. This land bought from my relation to get my father. This traction is register to concern registrar office on 1991. But still now VAO saying this land is NATTAM land , so you don’t make house like this. We showed our registration deed. But VAO saying our FMB map showing NATTAM land.
We are using this land above 21 years, but we don’t have any government tax bill.
( My relation also no record of this land. But He is used above 35 year’s , that way we bought from him.)
Question’s:
1. How I save this land?
2. How I get patta?

Ancestral Property

Hi,
My father had got so property at North Parur, Ernakulam Distict from my grandfather. Both of the are dead now. My father had given the ancestral property to my mother as gift. Now even my mother is dead. I have 6 brothers and 2 sisters and we all Hindu. All my brothers and sisters ae working out of Kerala. Only my youngest brother was staying with my parents. My mother had made a WILL on this ancestral property and given it to my younger brother. All my brothers and sisters were not at all informed about this ancestral property being gifted to my mother and even my mother making the WILL on my brother name. My mother passed away in January 2007 and my father passed away in 2007. IS there any right that we all brothers and sisters fight for equal right on the property. My younger brother was not willing to show us the WILL. Please advice me.

heirs of intestate property

My real paternal uncle, Indian Hindu, passed away in 2004 & his wife passed away month ago. They had no son or daughter. The clinic is in the name of uncle & residence is in the name of his wife. There is no nomination. My uncle had 4 brothers all are passed away. His wife survived by her mother, 2 sisters & a brother. Please let me know who are the legal heirs? Is his wife's mother-brother-sisters has any claim in the property?riven

executed agreement property sold

hello all learned experts
mr x sold the property to the mr y by the way of agreement on the 100 rupees stamp and executed to the purchaserbefore the notory afterwards he sold the said property to the other purchaser that came into knowledge while mr y demanded for the executing the sale deed now i would like to first issue the legal notice so i should join the other person also to whom that mr x sold property in the legal notice and if not oblige afterwards i would like to lodge suit for the specific performance and recovery of money suit but with it i can lodge application for the recovery attatchment before judgemdent pls advice me thanx

CPC O1 R10(2)

A partition suit is filed by one brother against other. There are three sisters alive. Date fixed for filing W/S. on that date instead filing WS can the defendant brother file an application under O1 R 10(2) for joining sisters? (All Hindu)
