so billing from Singapore delivery in India.
we will be getting PDC from our customer for such billing if customers default can same be recoverable u/s. 138

We are landlord & have won the case till the Supreme Court in 2005 against tenant on arrears of rent. after this tenant's brother started another round of litigation in dist court & HC Gujarat. Can i file contempt petition in supreme court in 2011 ? what are our chances of getting a favorable order in terms of execution in lower court in getting the possession of the tenented property back from the tenant?.Our case is same like the case of Atma Ram Builder Case 2011. Pls. advice.

Sir, i had received a fake notice issued by income tax officer stating that your cases had been fixed by CESS.
Please, suggest few remedies.
Fake in the sense that case in not fixed by CESS but the officer himself had selected and the notice reflects that the case is selected by CESS.

please advise me the procedure for change of name for my wife after our marriage.
but the name change format we want is not just change in surname but as follows.
FirstName MiddleName Surname
"her name" "her old surname" "my surname"
please advice how to procced for the same and what legal difficates can arise with the same.

I am working in Public Sector, of Steel Plant. Recently in 498A case I got conviction by lower court. I am going for appeal and for taking the stay order against the Lower court. I want to know following things:-
1. As per the court order can Management terminate to me from the job?
2. What are the procedures I should adopt then I can save my job?
3. There is any judgment of HC or SC that when I have gone for Appeal for appellant court then management can not remove or suspend from service.
So please help me on this matter it is very urgent for me because it is the question of my bread and butter.

My grandfathher has a property by his own earnig ,my father do not want any share in his property so as a grand son can I ask right in my grand fathers property.

Please suggest, I got the properties of my grandparents by the way of Gift Deed from my mother ( my father passed away when I am age of 6 ) and Release Deed from my sisters, Now properties all together on my name,
currently my wife and my daughter not saying with me, ( But so far No Lawful separation / Divorce ), In this period of time if any thing go wrong for me.. ( If I am no more then ), I hope My mother will get 1/3, My wife 1/3, & my daughter will get 1/3,,, But don't wish to give anything to my wife and daughter, Can I make a Registered WILL all the properties on my Mother's Name, Suggest me How I can make a Strong WILL on my Mothers name, so that old aged mother don't get disturbed by my wife family side., Can I clearly mentioned that Only mother have 100% rights & my wife and daughter can't get any share..??

A private complaint filed by wife in court against husband ie 498a and dowry harrasment.
Is police legal bound to share the copy of complaint with accuse so he can prepare his respnose.
if yes under which code if no what are teh option available to husband.
