My Ld Firends!
I have a client case in which the accused side I am representing. That the complainant was died in 420 IPC case of not giving money of bill of exchange filed by him in year 2003 before his death against accused. Before complainant death, the complainant was also granted exemption for personal appearance which was allowed by magistrate before his death. Now there was no legal heir substituted in the complaint case after the death of complainant till yet. The Magistrate has been issuing bailable warrant again and again for appearance of accused. The accused lives 3000Km away from the city Meerut jurisdicion Court of law. The accused may not get served copy of court summons neither nor get arrest on bailable warrant till yet. The case is on initial stage where accused was not brought back till yet before court of law.
Q1. Now How I can handle the case and may get recall bailable warrant against accused although the complaint was died long ago?.
Q2. May I directly file an application under Sec 256 of Crpc for dismissal of the complaint Case against my client accused with my fresh Vakalatnama?
Q3. How can Magistrate may issuing bailable warrant again and again while the complainant_advocate has not communicated the death of complainant to Magistrate legally?
There was an error in recording the reading of electricity consumption meter by a line man of ap electricity dept. Subsequently the electricity billing dept sent a huge bill which is 17 times more than the average consumption of any month.
Later on line man admitted verbally that reading was wrongly noted, now instead of sending the revised bill, he disconnected the power.
Now as a ordinary citizen what right we have, does electricity dept has right to disconnect without intimation to the consumer?

Sir,
In a previously registered document it is found that the survey number was wrongly mentioned instead of a correct one. Later on the Vendee found that the survey number was wrong. He was advised that a rectification deed should be drawn and registered by the Vendor stating the correct survey number. But the Vendor died and there are no legal heirs to the Vendor. How the wrong survey number be rectified by a legal document? Who will execute the Rectification deed? Can the Vendee execute a rectification deed and submit for registration? Can it be accepted for registration in the absence of Vendor who is no more or his legal heirs. Please clarify with judgements, if any.

Sir,
I have taken a loan of 4 Lakhs from an individual private Financer by issuing 8 Post dated cheques, and also signing a promisary note. Although all the 8 post dated cheques were honoured without any problem whatsoever and the loan being completely repaid, the financer is refusing to return the promisary note. Please let me know as to what risks I have if I let him keep the promisary note. If the P.note is misplaced,as claimed by him, is there any other method to safeguard myself?
