Hello,
Have worked in an leading pharmaceuticals company for more than 5 years.Its almost three years that i have resigned but yet to get my settlement and gratuity. The company is just been giving reason's and excuses like we will settle it within next quarter etc... Can some one kindly suggest me what best can be done to get MY money from the pharmaceutical company.
would appreciate suggestions.Thanks in advance.

Sir,
My uncle expired in August 2011 and was owner of a DDA plot(274 sq yards - Paschim Vihar, New Delhi) on which a building was constructed. He had executed a will in favour of his wife (my auntie) as he had no child.
Shall appreciate if you kindly guide me whether any stamp duty is payable (if payable the approximate amount) or not for getting the same transferred in my auntie's name.

Dear All,
I need your advise on the matter below:-
I would like to tell you that I informed my boss about my illness on 29/April/2012, and asked for two weeks leave and also approval from his side, but I did not receive any revert mail from his side, later on it was communicated to you that I further need to expand the leave period but again no confirmation from his side and more over over the telephone he told me to come to office as soon as possible but since this could not be the case so finally on 16/May/2012 I tendered my resignation the acceptance of which was not received.
Seeing the past trend of myself applying for leaves and no revert back from his side so I waited for his reply, I also got the information that he have hired another person in place of me so in a way it says that he have accepted my resignation. when I became capable of doing a job so I looked for another job and later on got the job.
But now he is threating me by saying that he will destroy my career and is also asking for giving 2 months salary, I want to ask which salary is he speaking the basic or the CTC because in my appointment letter it is not mentioned that the 2 months salary will be basic or the CTC.
Also kindly let me know what are the legal actions he can take and would also like to let you know that all the things were clear to my new company.

If some person wants to inform anything and suppose it is to be done on stamp paper . Advocates Sign is required and Notary should be done or not required.
For Ex - A person wants to write that some documents is signed by him uNKnowingly but when he came to know he wants to state his words in stamp paper that the sign was taken by force so what should he should do just a stamp paper will do or it should be signed and notaried .

My father was expired on NOV. 2003 .
We are two brother and my elder brother is also expired on mar-2012.
My mother and i alive .
my brother was marriage with 2 women ,
second married without divors to first one .
One wife not married with any body and no children.
second illegal wife has one son.
My father left only one residential house.
Pl. advice me, what is the rights of second wife and her son in this house.

1. I am Secretary of the CHS. If Treasurer does not work properly, does Secretary has power to remove him or any other committee member. If not, what is the procedure to remove any committee member?
