Sir/Madam,
I got married in 2007 by arya samaj marriage law. But after 2-3 month my husband was continuously harass me.I lived with him up to 4 year but in break. sometime with my in laws and some time with my mother house. But we are apart from 2 year . he is chain smoker, drinker, taking some other kind like addiction items. He is also torturing his family. but now we are apart and i am working with reputed organization as a CA. But now i want to take divorce from him. Can you all advise me what is the procedure and what should i do as for my first step because i don't think he give me voluntarily separation. please give me advise.Thanks for all

Dear experts,
I had filed divorce against my wife 1 yr back & thereafter my wife filed 498a against me & my family after 1 month of my filing divorce. Issue has not been framed. However I realized that some of the facts were not included in divorce petiton. Can I add these fact (petitions to court/ps) thru amendment petiton. Also can I add the 498a chapter thru my amendment petition.
Pls. advice & share any recent judgement on this from SC.

In India, which jurisdiction can a wife file the divorce. she resided last at Mumbai but presently stays in native in Kannur in Kerala. Marriage took place in a different place in Kerala.Can a wife file for divorce in the place wer she is presently staying?

Hi Sir,
I need the help of experts to protect for my self and my family
I am staying in Delhi since 1995 and did my graduation form Delhi only in 2000. I am working with an MNC and staying with my wife and kids.
My parents and other brothers are staying in my home town which is in Uttar Pradesh.
One of my younger brother did court marriage 6 years back , everyone in my family has accepted it and they are staying in my parents’ house.
Sometimes my brother and his wife fights on small things and result of that his wife everytime says I will commit suicide and my family will see you.
Sir I am really worried about this , I tried my level best so that both of them can stay peacefully in the house but they fight at least once in a month.
I am staying 500Km away from them and do not visit my home town frequently , almost once in year for 4-5 days.
Kindly suggest me how legally I can protect myself and my family from threating of my brothers file that she will commit suicide and her family members will take legal action..

Agreement problem between vendor and buyer
what should we do if, agreement is confirmed between both the parties. (vendor and buyer) and sale's deal agreement was confirmed by notery,and one third part of the price of house , was paid. but,at the last moment the vendor is saying after getting money that, he doesn't want to sale his property and HE IS READY TO RETURN THE ADVANCE PAID.MONEY.THE PROPERTY IS GIFT DEED.NOT SALE DEED,IT IS MUTAUL AGREEMENT WITH NOTERY.CAN VENDER CANCELLED IT ONE WAY. please help me out and reply me as soon as possible. i will be waiting.
