Property dispute

Hi I own 3 flats out of 4 in which one owned by other. Where us they are not co operative to do common work and gives me more mental pressure like

Initially they kept the plant above my side floor and not maintained properly during rainy time all the mud came out and blocked the water drain area continually in which I was not aware of the future problem I kept let it be but later water gets inside from the roof later I realised because of the plant kept above my side roof it was kept long which cause damaged the floor and water was completely stagnant hence floor got damaged in which water came inside and then I removed the plant in my side and told the neighbour not to keep the plant above my floor but then they kept the plant above his flats even though am getting water from the roof I told them to remove the plants but they denied and kept the plants.

Now am unable to stay during rainy time due to water getting leaking from the floor

Pls suggest what shall we do for solution

Transfer of two wheeler

I purchased a two wheeler in 2002. During 2014, I sold the vehicle to two wheeler mechanic without ownership transfer( form 29 and form30) . At that time vehicle condition was not good/not working, I thought he keeps the vehicle in his shop.
Recently I came to know that the mechanic sold to another ( without ownership transfer).
I asked him to handover back my vehicle. He is not accepting to give back. The vehicle is in different city.
Would like to know the amicable solution from legal experts.
Thanks.

Regarding mutation of property..............

Sir ,
very much Thank full to you for your quick & prompt reply. But Sir problem is When Will holder went for the mutation in city where the Will is registered with authorities.. The other legal heirs were also called at the time by the department of revenue.. They were stuck by the authorities due to objections filled by other legal heirs of family. Then case started in lower courts but will holder always escapes himself from notices. On the other side will holder went to other state for mutation of property .the revenue department never called the other persons And property is changed without Probate papers. Is this a right process or there will be some other methods use by them.............

Division of ancestral house property

Respected all,
My family has been encountered with a problem relating to our ancestral House Property. The issue is as follows.
My Father has two elder brothers and sisters and a younger brother (6 members along with my father). They have a House Property registered in the name of their mother. My Grandfather is a Govt Teacher, expired at the age of 58, maybe. Two of the elder sons were employed by the time my Grand Father has expired. My Father was a graduate (M.A, B.Ed) at that time and the younger son was pursuing +2 at that time. My Grand father's job was offered to both my Father and the younger son saying that my father will be given an equivalent job to that of my grandpa's and if it was to be given to the younger, he will get attender equivalent post (due to lack of any degree). All my family members (including the younger) advised and agreed that my father should be given that job. All this has happened some 20-22 years ago. My younger uncle has his own entrepreneurship, and has became the richest of the other three. As my elder uncles are approaching retirement, we have a plan to divide the House Property into 4 parts (my grand mother has expired). But the Younger one is alleging that - as my father was given my grand father's job, may father is not entitled to his share in the House Property. Instead, the younger one has the right over my father's share in the HP, claiming that he has sacrificed the job to my father. Also he is condemning that if my father assigns his pension to the him then my father is entitled to a share in HP. Nothing was agreed in oral/writing at the time of giving my grand father's job to my father. Had it been discussed at that time, my father would haven't taken that job (since my father have already completed MA also). Does my younger Uncle's claim stands valid? I request you to please guide me to relevant Acts and Provisions applicable in the case above.
Thanking You Sincerely in advance.
