Should there be any specific wordings in the sale deed which will ensure Joint Tenancy and Survivorship for us with out any doubts ? Or simply mentioning our names as buyer 1. and buyer 2. is good enough ?
Sir, My father issued three cheques one cheque to my wife one to my brother and one to transfer a sum of money to his own account of another bank on 08/05/15. my wife deposited the cheque in bank on 13/05/15 my father died on 16/05/15, but the Bank did transfer the sum of amount to my wife's account after 28 days gape i.e after expiry of my father but the cheque was deposited during my father life time,(my wife & father a/c are in the same bank) Now the nominee (my younger brother) has field a Consumer case on bank and making us also a party for not informing about the transfer of money with a prayer to refund the cheque amount with interest. Now would you please inform about the maintainable of the case (2) What is legal position of a cheque deposited during lifetime of the drawer but for some reason the bank failed to credit the amount during lifetime of the drawer (3) what if one issued cheque against legal liabilities and he die and bank refuse to pay the cheque amount, what relief is available to holder of the cheque.

Hope you are fine. Sir i had recieved 13(2) notice 2months back. Than i requested to bank not to further as dispute with my supplier of kitchen chimneys is about to sorted out.
But BM did his job served 13(4) notice and symbolic possesion, there after i had to compromise with the company on thier terms as i was in pressure of bank.
But as i mailed ro office and gm office kindly regularise my account and waive of any charges but they are refusing and i am ready to give amount over the limit.
And pls guide what is the procedure to regularise the account as no one is giving us in written about regularisation of account.?
The subject property is re alloted to Gaurav and Ashish divided into half(both son of Jagmohan), then Aashish did GPA in name of his brother Gaurav. The details before this reallotment are fine and unobjectionable.
But the conveyance deed says in favour of "Gaurav Jain s/o Jagmohan (GPA of Ashish)". So as of my observation/knowledge, I think it must also contain the name of Gaurav as Self also(as Gaurav also owns half of the property).
This property came to us for Mortgage purpose and is authority property.

As i have been in central government obc list from state of uttar pradesh.I have born & brought up in mumbai & i live in mumbai only & i have all document like passport, voter id etc of mumbai address only.Now i have made obc certificate in which the address is mention of my father native place i.e. uttar pradesh. Now each goverment form i have to write a address & i am writing mumbai address .So my query is that as my address is different on my documents & obc certificate.so for obc benefit can i produce same obc certificate in various govt exam.

Government has put me under surveillance for reasons known only to them.
I filed RTI with home ministry to know the reason but they used mayajaal of bureaucracy to turn away from the query.
I even filed a police complaint but I had to withdraw the complain because of lack of evidence.
I am being subjected to all sorts of abuses by these self-righteous overdogs. They seem to be suggesting to me that they have some sort of right over me, my privacy and my way of life because they have won some election.
I wanted to know whether I can file petition with Supreme Court to restore my rights and will it be costly?
