Registration of flat done on 30-11-2011, as per registered documents (1) builders liable to provide the facility of water boring (2) As per documents build-up area 678 sq.ft but actual built up area-565 sq. ft.certificate taken from registered civil eng. (3) builder not taken the approval plan from JAIPUR DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITEIS & as per local law 2 flat ( total 6 flat) each floor to be permited at 271 sq mtr plot, but builder construct 3 flat at each floor (total 9 flat )
notice already send to builder on dated 25-09-2013 & received the reply on 25-11-2013
Can we file the case in consumer court after 2 year of flat purchase date 30-11-2011
can we file apeal against order of Magistrate for inquary under CRPC-202 if yes we can file apeal in high court

that b making the false document & monther of A signed the documents in regestred office without read & understand. A also signed the documents as witness.

in sale agreement if seller not done the registration on date , he will be liable to pay double money of bayana.sale agreement on Rs-100 stamp paper & not notarised.this agreement valid or not
sale agreement made betwin buyer and seller for a plot date of exicute of sale deed fix on 10 feb-2014 as per sale agreement. as per sale agreement term condition if buyer not pay balance amount on date advance amount forfited and if seller not exicute sale deed he is liable for payment of double money of advance.
till date buyer not paid the balance amount. buyer agree for payment after 4 days but seller are not agree for take the payment & exicute the sale deed he say that agreement date already lepsed he is not laibale to exicute of sale deed.what this is correct?
Map of building not passed by authorities beacuse builder have not apply for this. builder construct 12 flat on land and sale out without approved Map and allot the parking lots in unsufficiant area.

Police filed FR against FIR, FR not accepted & protection application filed before magistrate, magistrate given that dat of 31st march for hearing. please give advice for submitt the written statement or oral statement before magistrate.

sale agreement with buyer & seller on Rs-100 stamp paper without notary.
as per agreement seller liable to registred sale deed up to 10th feb-2014 after full payment but till date buyer not done the full payment & seller not execute the sale deed. as on date buyer agree for full payment but seller not ready for registration he say that buyer not done payment till 3 month so he is not liable for registration & amount of advance has been forfieted.
in this situation what seller is right...
