I paid for stamp duty for registration through a third party. But this vendor has inadvertently written 'Vijay' in place of 'Ajay' during the payment of stamp duty. However, in the registered agreement, my name is correct and also registration has been done with the correct name and issued index-2.
But now I am in confusion whether this can bring any problem in future to me as the payer name is different from the registered buyer name. Pls, help me to sort out the problem.

My cousin is married for 7 years and has 5 year old son. She and her husband both are employed. She bought a flat 5 years ago and her husband was co applicant in it. She has paid all the EMI's since then. Her husband did not pay a single rupee till date.
Her husband is very suspicious in nature and always tortured her mentally. About a year ago he even beat her and threatened her life. she had to leave her flat fearing her life. Her father in law and mother in law were also present in house when this incident happened but they did not stop their son and supported him in the act. She is now living with her parents for more than 14 months along with her 5 year old son.
She had filed a case in court against her husband and in laws and then her husband agreed not to torture her mentally or physically and also made a release deed of flat as he was co-applicant in flat. The case was withdrawn from court.
Later my cousin went to her home along with few relatives but her husband refused her entry in home. Her husband and her father in law abused her and relatives and did not allow her to stay.
My cousin is still paying the EMI's for flat. She is the only owner of flat now.
Her husband is not allowing her entry to her flat and is staying their with his parents.
Now she wants possession of her flat. Please advice what she should do further? Can she take help of police to get possession of the flat? What steps she should take to get possession of her flat?

My wife file case under IPC IPC 376/498A/323/342/506/324/406.
We got engagement on 3-12-2012 and that during the courtship period some personal disputes have arosen between my wife and family. So our engagement got break down.
Later 4-11-2013 she filed fake complaint against for rape and dowry. later get compromised and got married on 4-2-2014.
later 11-4-2014, she left my home and went to parental house.
later 22-12-2014, she filled 498A from faridabad and 376 from gurgaon on date 24-12-2014.
i was in custody for 49 days and got bail after filling compromised letter by my wife.
my life is like heal now days.
kindly help me out what i can do to get it over.

Sale deed with incorrect measurements
Hello Experts,
I have decided to purchase a plot in Bangalore and have got the documents verified, all ok there.
This is an Odd site( all 4 sides are different)
This property is with in a gated layout and it is BDA approved.
Now, in the sale deed only 2 sides are only mentioned and other two dimentiones are missing.
Total area is mentioned as well.
It looks like a mistake while drafting the orignal deed.
What should be done here.
