प्रिय वकील भाईयों व बहनों,
मेरे एक क्लाईट का 292 आई पी सी का मुकदमा साक्ष्य में चल रहा है और वह अपना पासपोर्ट बनवाना चाहता है उसे कंेसर की बिमारी भी हैं । चूकि पुलिस ने कार्यवाही की थी और अभियोजन पक्ष के पास विडियों केसेट माल खाने में नहीं है और वे पेश भी नहीं कर रहें है इस कारण केस आगे नहीं चल रहा है और साक्ष्य भी नहीं आ रहें है ।
अब मेरा प्रश्न यह है कि क्या मेरा क्लाईट से जुर्म स्वीकार करवा लू तो उसका पासपोर्ट बन जायेगा कि नहीं क्योकि भले ली न्यायालय परीवीक्षा का लाभ दे पर दोषी तो होगा ही।
और यदि जुर्म स्वीकार नहीं करता तो पासपोर्ट बनवाने के लिये क्या प्रक्रिया है क्योंकि उसका पासपोर्ट केस पेडिग होने की वजह से रिजेक्ट हो गया है ।

How many days are provided by the court to Police to file the charge sheet in court after the arrest of accused? 60..?? or 90..??
FIR registered under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120 B of IPC.

I am Narendra Singh. I have been completed my M.com in 2009. Now i am in LLB IInd year. My College have only common subject of LLB, there are no choice. I would like to work as a tax adovocate. So what should I do to become a tax advocate.

First of all husband fill divorce petition U/S 13 in Hindu Marriage Act in Gujarat on feb 2010 on ground of 2 year judicial separation. Than on july 2010 wife fill 498-A and 406 IPC FIR against husband with malafide intention in Rajasthan Court coz she is living in rajasthan. In this case there no injury report of wife. Now husband get anticipatory bail on sep 2010 from Rajasthan Court and polite still not fill challan in court in this case how to quash FIR and plz suggest some ruling for quashing that type of case.

can a registered will be challenged after 49 yrs after execution? the property through this will has been enjoyed, sold etc and now it has been challenged in the court so that the property cannot be divided amongst the female heirs
