i am separate from my wife from past 7 years and i have 6 year old daughter with my wife custody.No improvement in my life.Also my father-in -law frequenlty giving false police compliants against me. i am able to handle police that is not an issue.How to proceed divorce from my side.please help us and advise me.

Please suggest me how to register a complain against website developer for cheating and fraud.
One website developer has cheated me on agreement documentation and toked all the developer charges by blackmail me for website, now he is not ready to return the money nether website. Please guide me what to do to inform consumer forum to take strict action against this kind of peoples.

My grandmother made a unregistered will, and mentioned the transfer of properties to my aunt after death, and she had mentioned to sell a particular property and make a trust from it after her absence, but my aunt without having the knowledge about will forcefully made my grandmother sell the property. Now my grand mother is dead, is the will valid,as the property was sold

I need to send a legal notice to my employer for forced resignation. Can i send a legal notice first and then can i file an FIR with the local police or how is it?
I was coaxed to resign by my superiors. They claim my performance is not good. I have been in the system only for 15 months. My performance is more or less same as the performance of my teammate of 4 years vintage. Superiors detained me in a room and threatened me of immediate termination if i don't put in my papers. I belong to SC-ST. I believe this is an atrocity/discrimination at workplace case. Can i file an FIR for the same after sending a legal notice or how to go about it?

respected experts. the case is that wife filed dometic voilence case on husbend and his mother in law and USA residing sister in law and un married sister in law and brother in law .husbend only atttend court and when quash filed in high court same is diposed with a direction to approach district court with appeal . husbend is asking for exemption to other family members and he is ready to fight case .how to deal with exemption whether to approach lower court where dvc runing or district court how to go

I recently attened a interview in a private company.Company asked me to submit certificates,blank cheque signed & promissory note before joining,so I agreed and signed but i didn't sign in agreement bond to work in the company.now i dont want to join in the company but the company is threatening me to pay money to return all my certificates and signed papers.
What should i do now to get back my certificates and papers?

Blank Cheque given for security deposit
Hello,
In 2016-17, I had submitted one blank cheque to one of my business associate to get registered and work as vendor for them in Bihar. They have given me work order and we both signed a work agreement in which it is mentioned that they will provide us materials for work execution (cheque was taken against materials only). Payment term says that they will pay 70% of the Bill every month and rest will be paid after client JMC and reconciliation of the material. There is arbitration clause in the end of the agreement as well.
We stared working and completed our project. The company asked me to return back the materials which where left according to their book, they claimed of around 140000/- value material was pending at me. I humbly submitted all the belonging available with me which even was not in their book which shows their book was not properly updated. After submitting all materials when I asked for my payment and reconciliation statement, nothing was given to me.
Meanwhile company has closed it's office from my district in Bihar and now working at Buxer.
Today on dated 18.08.2019, I have received one Notice claiming to return materials worth 600000/- within 10 days otherwise they will put my cheque for encashment failing to which they will file case of cheque dishonor. I have all supportive documents which proves that there is no materials pending with me and even my payment is outstanding on them.
Please advise me what to do? Will it come under sec 138 if the cheque gets dishonored?
