Respected Sir/Madam,
As I am away from the place where the court is, I am unable to attend the court due to my work schedule and family reasons. Also there is no improvement in the case even though I go court, judge is not enquiring the case and putting another date. So I can't take much leaves in my company and also I am so far away.
I am A1 and asked my lawyer to submit 317 as I was unable to attend the hearing. Other accused in the case are usually attending all hearings as they are staying in local. This time I saw the following comment in the ecourts app, case is running in chennai court.
"A1 absent. PFA. A2, A3, A4 present"
What it means, should I attend the case next hearing or something else?
Thanks in advance
Respected Sir/Madam,
When I see the case status in ecourt (tamilnadu), under Sub Maters section, I see something like CRLMP/xxxx/2023 (numbers replaced with xxxx for privacy). Case is going on, but I dont know what is CRLMP under Sub Matters. Will be thankful If I get any information about CRLMP.
Thanks a lot
Sir/Madam,
Had a relationship with a lady. She filed a case saying I have obtained some amount during the relationship time. But I never got any amount. My lawyer said there is no such evidence as she is from poor family, no background to have such huge money to give me and she is well educated and worked as share holder in private company. But judge said how can we expect evidence when both were in relationship, she might given by trust anyhow and no need proof and evidence on such cases.
I don't know how can I prove that i never got money from her (actually never got) and would like to know really no need proof for petitioner for such cases to win her side? Is there any section to save me? please help me mention the section numbers if any.

Acquitted from crpc 420
Sir/Madam,
I am acquitted from CrPC 420 in Chennai metropolitan court recently. May I know what's the time period for appealing to high court by the opponent? How will I know if opponent went for appeal? will I get summon from high court or any other notification from opponent lawyer?
