This is with regard to my yesterdays train journey.
The train had to reach bangaluru(SBC)
at 6:40 AM,instead it reach there around 12:30 PM.
As a result my flight from bangaluru was missed
(ticket enclosed)and i had to pay an extra 8000/-Rs
for next flight alongwith my work loss and inconvenience.
1.what remedies are available to me?
2.How can i get compensation?

Sir,
I am house wife both Muslim,married in 2007,but after the birth of baby at a sudden i was at my parents house my husband dispatched the Talqnama to my Parents address as we were at some other place on that day,so neither I received that nor i signed that.
Now I have filed Maintenaces suit against him.
Please advise me what help i can get from Free legal services & how i can get it & in which type of case i can get the free legal services.

Dear Sir,
In our case for one of the SLP the limitation of 90 days ends on May 31,2012 during which the SC is in vacation. The SC shall resume office on July 2, 2012. Whether the limitation of 90 days get extended by the vacation period or the 90 days has to be strictly followed. If the SLP is filed after May 31, 2012 but before the vacation, whether the same shall require a condonation application.

i am a cs final(professional programme) student...want to do llb..
i want to know
whether i should go for llb from delhi university or from ccs..i am getting gradute this year (goin to give my 3rd yr exams next to next week)
if i take admission in ccs..i can concentrate more on my cs training which is for 15 months..as there is no attendance problem in ccs..
but on the other hand if i take admission in delhi university i have to maintain 75% attention..but quality of education in delhi university is far better than ccs (as my friends say)..
what should be the approach..plz guide..

If any person already had own residential house booked another flat for investment purpose with any builder on installment basis. On his defaults in paying monthly installments the said booking of flat was cancelled by the builder. The aggrieved person filed dispute before consumer forum on various grounds of deficiency in service also unfair trade practice etc. with prayer of revival of flat in the alternative refund of amount with interest. My query is whether he is a consumer? As he already had 1 flat of his own and booked the flat in question for investment purpose. Whether he can claim relief by way of filing consumer dispute? Whether he comes within the purview of consumer when he booked the flat in question for business or for investment purpose.

Respected Sir / Madam,
I am Jaydeep Arvind Tanna, 38yrs, staying alone, Handicapped person have matrimonial Dispute, have son which is with wife.
Queries is –
My wife is only daughter of family
1)If husband give legal notice to wife but still wife not willing to return matrimonial home & give reply to produce executed Bond for good behavior for her own wrong
2)Thereafter made attempt of Alternative Dispute Redressal at Thane Session Court District legal authorities Services for Restitution of Conjugal Right but did not attained properly and due that there can not be counseling.
3)Wife is having custody of son (5 yrs old) but her parents her younger uncle & mother in law not allowing to meet son.
4)When I go to school mother in law pick up the child in arm & start running as she sees me what impact will be on that child to the father & uncle who tell school bus cleaner that I will kidnap my son
5)My problem is that wife does not want to return matrimonial home, keeping custody of son & avoiding father to meet son.
6)I have finical problem as I was force to purchase flat near my mother in law house due to pressure & tension of my wife & so have to pay loan to mother in law every quarterly Rs 10,000/-post dated cheque given so I am unable to provide fund for legal procedure so have also utilized Alternative Dispute Redressal.
Prayer
1) At present Advocate do not take lump – sum fees but they are required to be paid for standing in court.

Restitution/girl child custody
Hello,
I am K.Animesh, native of Bihar, settled in Pune for 8 years. Marriage took place in Patna in 2006 and soon after the marriage we had differences due to various reasons. Majorly, she never liked and accepted my family. In Oct 2010 we had a daughter. Soon after this her parents purchased a house in Pune and started living in same society. This followed by their constant interference and her giving attention to her parents and ignoring my likes and dislikes etc. Daily qurall was routine. Some time it resulted in Violence and abuse from both the sides.
Following this she started living with her parents since Jan 2013 and continued till June 2013. During the period I used to meet/ talk to my daughter.
On July 1st after a small fight she again left for her parent’s house and her brother in Law who was visiting Pune, from Lucknow, came and thrashed me and even registered a false case under sec 323 in local police station.
My wife ever since has deserted me and shifted to Lucknow along with her parents and my daughter. I tried to pacify her asked her to come back but she refused even did not allow me to meet or talk to my daughter for last 5 months.
My queries are:-
1. I love my daughter so much, considering that should I file for a restitution of Conjugal rights petition, hoping that she would come back along with my daughter? What are the merits or demerits?
2. I am thinking of filing the case in Patna, since the marriage took place there and we both belong to Bihar and coming to Pune for them would be difficult. However we both lastly resided in Pune for last 7-8 years and her father has his own house also in Pune. So what is advisable, filing the case in Patna or Pune? Can the case be transferred to Lucknow, considering they do not have any connection except her brother in Law, just to add, she is working currently there.
3. If she refuses to come back, what are the chances of my daughter's custody, considering they used the child as Pawn, disappeared from Pune without any consent or information and not allowing me to meet my daughter for 5 months, wife is currently working, weak financially, dependent on her ailing parents and daughter is residing in a compromising condition. I can even opt for work from home and devote more time for my daughter, my daughter and my relationship is like of a mother and a daughter. I love her so much. She just turned 3 years of age.
4. How much time does this type of proceeding take in India, usually?
5. If One can suggest a good lawyer in Pune for representing my case, who charges reasonably?
