Sir,
I am house wife both Muslim,married in 2007,but after the birth of baby at a sudden i was at my parents house my husband dispatched the Talqnama to my Parents address as we were at some other place on that day,so neither I received that nor i signed that.
Now I have filed Maintenaces suit against him.
Please advise me what help i can get from Free legal services & how i can get it & in which type of case i can get the free legal services.

you are asking repeatedly, sure you will get maintanence, you file a case.

how many times will you repeat the same query? we have rpeatedly advised you that you are enttitled to maintenance and have also also given judgements in support .
as fr as free legal services are concerned contact legal id centre in your area .
it is better to engage a lawyer and pay his fees if you can afford it

Madam,
your question is very much clear you required free legal aids service-
1) Every District Court there is District Legal Authority service department, in which free legal aid service is provide to woman, free advocate service for your legal steps
2) 1st thing you prepare your grievances application and submit in name of District Legal authority services.
3) Within 1 month your husband will received summon notice to attend legal authority service for conciliation if he refuse you to take back at matrimony home.
4) District Legal Authority service provide free legal service by filing case under section 125 Criminal procedure for maintenance.
Every court has provide free legal aid service department to women.

In every district there is Legal Aid Services Authority which provides free legal aid to every women.
However do not repeat the query. We strongly discouarge that.

Be professional and do not misguide the victim by not encouraging free legal aid service for your profession fees
