Now Charge Sheet has been committed to the Session Court, Complainant filed an application 173(8) for further investigation over some issue which was not taken in FIR/Complaint, Can a Session Judge upon her application direct further investigation.

I have to file a petition at AFT, Mumbai and I want a local counsel for monitering my case.
Can anyone come forward, paperbook is ready for filing. I had filed it earlier at Delhi but due to teritorial jurisdiction it has been advised to approach Mumbai bench.

Dear Experts,
I had filed a contempt petition against DDA with a prayer to issue contempt against DDA for not complying the order by which DDA were directed to executed the lease deed within 3 month.
That contempt petition was disposed by HC as petitioner was ready to early disposal of matter and agreed that will raise his grivenace latter. for a clear order please take a look of Copy of the order which is annexed.
Now DDA till today is not executing the lease deed.
Please guide me that what is right option.
I have to file a second contempt petition or go for Misc Application for reviving the earlier contempt petition.
or what remedies is available.

Respected Experts,
I purchased a land in North Delhi through registered GPA in 2003. Which is in my possession and we are residing their since a long. No one has any objection. Now after the proposed regularazatiion of Delhi Govt. when I read the GPA carefully I observed a discrepancy regarding plot no. it is written 93-94, but actually it should have been 92-93. Other things like Khata No. description of boundary and area purchased are correct. This land is situated adjacent to my another plot . Actual plot no 93-94 belongs to other person. He does not know about this. How it will get corrected? Sub-registrar has shows his inability due to case of GPA, Plz, advice Thanks to all.

I am working as treasury-in-charge with the state Govt., Bihar. My uncle and cousin brother with malafide intentions in his mind is creating problems for me by making complaint incorporating false allegations against me and my family since a long. Several criminal litigations are pending between us; some are instituted by us and some by them. Root of the litigation is gift deed which is executed by my grandfather in my favour, the concerned District Judge after marathon litigation passed a decree in my favour in response to suit for possession instituted by me. After defeating in the litigation my uncle and cousin brother now started making false complaint against me to my senior officer and even they approached the Chief Minister through janta darbar. On their complaint an enquiry was set up and all the allegation leveled by them found false and the Enquiry Officer has given clean chit to me and specially observed that my uncle and cousion with a view to settle the personal scores is making false allegation and misused the govt. machinery by inviting enquiry against me. Now I am fed with the acts of my uncle and cousin, I am bearing them since 1996, they damaged my reputation in the society as well as downgraded my position in the office. What are remedies available to me and can I filed a complaint for defamation and suit for damages against them.

problem:
A person is missing since 2004, a complaint is also lodged with the concerned police station. Now the concern authority is unable to grant death certificate. Wife of the missing person for availing the "widow pension" require the same.
what is the procedure to get the death certificate in case of missing person?
Is there is any provision to get the death certificate or i have to file a suit for declaration of civil death. Kindly guide me the pre-requirement of the suit, procedudre of suit, prayer and the competent court for granting the death certificate or decree of declaration of civil death.

Matter has been disposed by Ld. ADJ in pursuance of compromise between the parties. Plaintiff has filed all original document of the property in question, after disposal he did not received the documents despite order. Now I have purchase the property in question and I was not the party in the said case. All the original documents is in the court records, i want to obtain those original. GUIDE ME HOW THIS WILL POSSIBLE. Can I move an application U/O I rule 10 CPC or I have to move high court for the same in writ jurisdication, because the Ld. Adj has refused and dismissed my application as withdrawn. I DONT HAVE THE OPTION TO GET NOC

I have filed a revision against the order of the MM, who dismissmed my compalint in default. I have filed the revision before Session Court who suggest me to withdraw the same and filed before high court because of Dhingra's judgement. Ld. Court told me that the Sessions court does not have the power. Kindly provide the details of judgement if any body have or put some light over the issue in question. The reason for the dismissed in default is non appearance only once. This is only due to problem while noting the date into diary

False fir
'A' has lodged a false FIR against 'B'. In the investigation it has been revealed by the IO before the concern Magistrate that the FIR is false. Can B bring a defamation under criminal proceedings against A at this stage? Final report has not been filed but likely to be filed very soon.
Is a criminal complaint for defamation is maintainable?
what are the other remedies for B against A.
