I wish to Gift my share of immovable property,hence it has to be registered and stamp duty has to be paid according to the value of the property,Query is which department /agency's valuation amount would be excepted by the stamp/registrar department.
What is meant by Ground floor? of residential property.does it mean only the constructed area. or it also includes the open area eg.lawn etc.

I brought a BDA site last year from an allotee. In the Allotment Letter, the site measurement is given as 9 Sq mt * 10 Sq Mt. How ever, in the Possession Certificate and Sale Deed from BDA to 1st allotee the dimension is provided as 9 Sq Mt * 10 Sq Mt measuring 80 Sq Mt. How do I get this error corrected.

In case where I am supposed to get my scooty replaced where in the lower forum the OP has already agreed that he will replace the scooty but still the president has dismissed my complaint. In the appeal forum at the state too the OP has agreed in the court hall that he will replace the scooty. Same has been noted in the order sheet. Mediation failed. As I want nothing more than my scooty to be replaced with new scooty. The forum was not functioning due to covid 19 but its been three dates since that it has opened, I am the only person in entire court hall, the moment they see me, the president runs away saying OP not come I cant order. So I gave paper notification for OP to appear. Copy of newspaper given to forum as well. But still the president reluctant to pass orders. What can be done in the case I thought. A application under Rule 12 of CPC to pass exparte order as OP not appearing in the case. But president is reluctant. In this case what to do? Can anybody suggest anything?
I have a house property 250 sq yards in Hyderabad. I purchased this from vendors in 2017. My vendors purchased the property by sale deed in 1992. They had the property assessed in municipal records in 2002 and have municipal house number and they have been paying electricity, water and property tax. I came to know that the property is effected by ULC surplus land. I demolished the old house and began new construction in the site. VRO came to my site and asked me to stop construction. I also have building permission in respect of house property from municipality. I heard that ulc act has been repealed in Telangana. I told the same to VRO but he insists that land is still under ULC. Is the ulc act still valid? Can the VRO stop my construction even though I have building permission? What can be done now? I want to continue my construction but VRO wants me to stop it. He is asking me to get the land regularised and then start construction. Is the regularisation needed?
I stay at 10th Floor in Hari Om Meadows at Sec 5 in Ulwe. The 9th floor owner has extended the balcony with box grill along with sheet over the balcony to a great extent, This is blocking my front views. I just want to know how much a balcony can be extended legally.

husband (76 years) and wife (71 years) stood as guarantors for bank loan of 50 crores which became NPA. 2.5 acres of husband and 12.5 acres of wife were given as guarantee for bank loan. Since the loan became NPA 5 years back there was pressure on both guarantors for repayment of loan along with the borrower. few days back wife died. will the 12.5 acres given by wife as guarantee for bank loan will be free since she died ?

I work in Government sector, and I purchased a plot, and the Sale Deed was executed by the authorised representative AGPA of the Real Estate Company, as such I did not go for registration. Apparently, due to inadvertent oversight of the Document Writer, though material details like VENDOR and VENDEE Names, age, address, property schedule, boundaries, survey number, location etc are mentioned correctly in the Sale Deed, however, in the Occupation portion of VENDEE, they have stated as"BUSINESS".
My query is - Will this error pose a problem in future though the title details are correct and beyond any doubt.

I bought residential house 15 year back in ghaziabad with self bank loan and my father was joint owner (secondary owner) in property deed . I am the first owner in and repay the loan solely. My father demise and presently I have mother, 1 sister, 1 brother also. I want to be single owner of my flat as I paid all money . What is the best way to get it done so that I do not face any legal issue and I can own/sale the property alone .
