Can a person in JC be present in High Court during his case hearing?

Hi Expert,

My father is in JC in a case since last 9 months. He wants that he should be present in the Delhi High Court during his case hearing.
1.) Is there any law,any rule of CRPC which says that the person in JC can be present in court? If yes then what are the procedures.

2.) Can he also argue on his case in High Court as well?

conversion of land use

We have purchased an agricultural land for running educational institutions, after seeking permission from the DC as required under the provisions of S.109 of the Karnataka Land Reforms Act. The said land has been earmarked as an industrial land by the Belgaum Urban Development Authority, Belgaum. The DC in the permission has laid down a condition that we should get the land use of the purchased land changed from agricultural to non agricultural purpose. It is learnt that an educational institution need not get the land use changed and that there is a government notification and/or a circular in this behalf. kindly enlighten.

"Cease and Desist Notice - format

Dear all,

Can anyone contribute by pointing out, if there is any provision under the various Labour Laws and Regulations, to serve a "cease and desist notice" to the employees/workmen of a Union. In what circumstances can such a notice be issued and what should be the contents of the notice?

Immediate reply greatly appreciated.

Thanking you in advance.

Process Fee - if required - P & SC Proceedings

Dear all,

It is question, perhaps of law, opinions are invited from the members of the forum...

In a Probate and Succession Proceedings, for grant of Succession Certificate, is it required to pay any Process Fee? This question involves consideration of two points:

1. There is/are initially no Respondent/s, (in a typical case) as the legal heirs are the only lawful claimants.

2. Even if there are objections to the issue of Succession Certificate, they will be impleaded as Respondent/s only after the Paper Publication.

Hence, is it required to pay the Process Fee when there are absolutely no Respondent/s?
