Unauthorised construction

Sir,
Kindly inform in which court unauthorised construction case which is happening in East Delhi will be filed.
we have already complained to Police and EMCD but construction has not stopped.
Normally how many dates court takes to stop the illegal construction.

Soceity name plates and billing query.

Our society have some members who have not registered their flats yet. Since their non-registration of flats we use to raise them bills as "OCCUPANTS" and also in society nameplates we have just mentioned the flat no. and NOT their names.

Now they are asking their names should appear on nameplates even though they have not registered their flats and have sent a letter to managing committee.

My question is, can society raise bills in their names and show their names on society name plates, even when their flats are not registered?

Please advice.

How to adjust vat by mistake added with stock transfer invoice

By mistake, Vat output 5% is added in stock transfer invoice raised on 10.09.2014. I want to know in that case what I need to do? should I deposit the Vat added in Stock Transfer invoice or make no entry in Tally. What will be the processor to handle this situation?
Note:- Stock transfer Invoice Can't be cancelled?

Impotency

Respected Experts...

I got married on Oct'15, 2010 and my wife left the matrimonial life within 15days of the marriage, stating verbally that she is not interested in matrimonial life, all those 15days the marriage was not consummated.

After serveral meetings with her, I got issued a legal notice to her to come and join back matrimonial life but no response from her side.

I have filed under Hindu Marriage Act u/s 12 1(a) stating that my wife is impotent.

Now my question is,

I came to know that As per legal definition and doctors sayed meaning of , Impotence may be considered as incurable, curable, temporary or accidental.

Now please suggest me, by the above statement can i write down in Evidence Affidavit as " she may be suffering curable or temporary impotence at the time of 15 days when she stayed with me and never returned back till date since october 30, 2010"

My opinion is that when I went through Sec. 12 1(a) I havent read any kind of meaning that it should be only permenant impotence.

So please suggest me that whether can i go in Evidence Affidavit that she may be suffered curable or temporary impotence at time of 15days where she refused me to cohabitate.

Rental dispute

I am residing In a Rental House in Rangareddy(Hyderabad) Dist. For the past 3 years I am leaving in this home. Intnitial I am paying Rs. 4000/- I have given advance of Rs. 8000/-and every year he is increasing Rs. 500/- Before entering home he said I will make an agreement so that it was very easy to both of us. But he didn't made any thing. every summer I am facing water problem there is no ground water. I am purchasing water from outside every week. Now I decided to vacate my house I have informed him 10 days back. Now I am shifting my house. Now My owner is refusing to give advance back and forcing me to pay this month rent.
without water How can I leave here.

Suit for recovery of possession

dear members i require ur expert advice:
i wish to file a suit for recovery of possession of a property which was leased to a tenant on 18000/- per month by unregistered lease...but the market value of the suit property is 35 lacs so please guide me as to where should i file the suit as per pecuniary jurisdiction in district court or in high court ...

Obtaining FIR Copy

Dear Experts,
I have come to learn that around 5-6 years back, a cousin (Girl) of my wife had also filed 498A/406/34/DV/DP Act on the innocent person whom she got married with...Now, I have also become the victim to the same gang & they are following the same steps...

Can anyone guide on how to obtain the�copy of FIR lodged (during 2008-09)�by that cousin of my wife as I am have got that FIR no. & wants to produce the certified copy of the same in front of courts during my trial & wants to convey that this is a "498A family Gang".

Is there any way that the same may be procured through the RTI ?
