Hiii I have given 20000/- RS in advance for the development of the website. The developer is a relative of my friend. So we had a communication on emails. But he failed to meet the deadlines 3-4 times and not responding now.
All communication is on email and WhatsApp. I requested him many times and told regarding the importance of time and my dreams with the project. But he did not respond at all.
Please advise to take the money back by going through legal process.
Thank you
sir in partnership even though a partners share is 30% if losses occur he will be liable 100% and this can extend to personal assets also but in llp if a partners share is 30% since liability is limited it will not be 100% but only 30% but can this 30% extend to his personal assets

I need copy of last three sale deeds of a land property in West Bengal but I don't have the deed numbers and the office of registration.I have the plot number and present owner name as found in land and revenue website. If I can get the deed numbers and the office where registered, it is possible to get the copies. I have queried into the nearest sub-registrar office. They told me to apply at concerned registrar's office along with with those information.
Experts please tell me that, from where I can get the information. What documents I have to ask from them? Can I ask for the documents through RTI or any better option is available? If last three deeds are not possible to find, at least help me to get the latest one.
The land is located in West Bengal.
Dear Respected Sir,
I have filed OS and criminal case against 6 of the defendants of a family. Wherein the 1st defendant is the father. The son to whom all sale deeds money transaction has occurred and now claims his father committed suicide, though he has not submitted death certificate on the OS side of hearing. While on Criminal side, police is still issuing summons and yet to trace all family members, however they appear to have submitted death certificate. Do such a thing possible (i.e defendant without being traced through summons and not appearing for hearing etc) irrespective can I get a certified copy of the death certificate from court. The reason I seek your help and guidance as my advocate is reluctant to answer any query and more so on criminal side he says he would not help / take up issues to address to closure.
Appreciate your kind response with details steps as what I need to do.
Regards
Stephen
During cross examination of plaintiff, defendent's lawyer raised objection. I had not submitted permission of partners while lodging complaint to the court. I produced other partners as witnesses. They said the permission was given to working partner verbally. Even original partnership deed was submitted - the court made it an exhibit. Now the query is whether the deficiency in original complaint is satisfied or not?
Hi expert, a simple but technical problem. In a proceeding related to 138, how the period under 138(b) would be calculated, i.e. from the date of return memo or "information received date". For example return memo date is Sep 26th, 2018 and information of dishonour is claimed to be received on Oct 7th, 2018. Notice was sent on Nov 4th, 2018. MM accepted this contention of the complainant, while according to me return memo date must be considered as "information received" as per section 138 (b). Please share your valuable suggestion.
Regarding job ( most urgent )
I am working as a junior engineer in CPWD. I got appointment after clearing SSC JE 2015 exam. Initially, in the exam i was rejected on technical reasons ( no mention of medium in which i was going to answer ) however after challenging it in CAT i got my papers checked. Then SSC approached High Court however we still won. Then SSC gave joining to all such students as me and other students unrelated to case, by merit as they come, no terms and condition in appointment letter. Hence, i joined the department in april, 2018. However after 5 months of my joining SSC approached Supreme court and challenged the High Court verdict and gave a notice to us amending our appointment now subject to the case in Supreme court.
First i would like to know the merit of the case.
Meanwhile, all this was going i gave exam SSC JE 2016 much before joining in my present job.I again got JE, CPWD but now at the different location. So, now can i join the job as i have heard that you can't join at same post same department. Please Help !!!!
