i have a plot which is under for public purpose i,e, Playground and park with the D.P road from 1974. I have put various objections u/s 127 of MRTP Act 1966 but so far nothing has been done.
In the meantime the new D.P, plan of 2034 of Greater control the malpractices & underground menace of goondas and resulting unauthorized structures came up all over the plot and is covered fully.
Now the BMC is saying that clean the garbage and then we will take and give compensation.
It has been 50 years that I with my father spent the entire youth and still doing so. And in the bargain my father passed away leaving everything as it is.
Pls advise what is to be done further.

Post my mom in law and husband's death, I had applied for a legal heir certificate in 2021, I have not yet received it. The lawyer everytime gives a different reason. I got a suggestion to file writ petition but not sure about it. Kindly guide.
Recently I lend money to one of junior of college as he was in need of 20k and he promised to return the same in one month and it's been almost three months now and he has been not answering calls or texts anymore and I found he has been doing this other people aswell and only thing I have is transaction I made and other chats and I don't even have his address is there any help I could get I am not interested in getting back my money but people like him should learn a lesson anything to do will be very much helpful
Two daughters in laws having two sons of three and six yrs and other has one daughter of eleven yrs were staying with their in laws. After demise of their husbands and mother in law in one year, daughter in laws refused to stay with their one living father in law as he is badly drinkard and abuses alarmingly to daughter in laws. Sir, I have purchased site 20 years back in karnataka and which was approved by BMRDA. The approved plan has no site number specified on it. Plan with empty boxes.
One of my friend told to check KJP from survey records. I did not understand.
Whether I can get site numbers on the plan or survey number by applying to survey settlements and land records in Bangalore, karnataka or any other way to get it. Please help sir.
ours is a 53 year old tenency building which our landlord has given to a builder for redevelopment
i am a tenent of the building and hav terrece over the house its access is from my house.
there is a common terrece for other tenents
what do i get in return of the terrece from the builder
He is saying 50%
In a WP(Lodg) 323 of 2013 Consent Terms were filed by the parties and as per clause 17 it's mentioned that "WP shall remain pending for disposal till the completion of of redeveloped building and till the respective premises is handed over by the Owners to Tenants as per the terms agreed upon in the Consent Terms"
The owners have breached the Consent Terms and on cheking the status of above WP it's disposed off.
How therefore to reinstate the WP?

I have a case going against legal heirs of my tenant who made fake papers of my shop and claim themselves as owners.
There are total 5 defendants, 1 wife, 2 son, 3 daughters.
Two of the daughters give SPA (Special power of attorney )to 3rd daughter's husband to give evidance and cross on behalf of them.
Is it legal ? What law says ?

The unregistered family settlement pertaining to undivided immovable property clearly mentioned that the property is to be equally divided 50.percetage each.
. Query. 5years have passed one of the share holders is refusing to demarcate his share on paper there by denying the other share holder to sell his share to a third party..what is legal way out.
