Property in the name of my grandmother which has been partitioned and registered from my great grandfather to my grandmother he signed in the registered document as rajeswari but in velunama she signed sign as rama rajeswari is it necessary that exactly she should sign same as in registered document

I filed case against my husband to get monthly maintenance for me and son ... And do case. Also......
He also filed case against me under conjugal right of marriage

My grandmother(fathers mother) written a will in favor of my aunt(fathers own sister) witnesses in the WILL are signed by two of my aunts(fathers own sisters) is the will is valid if i challenge it in a court can my aunts (my grand mother own daughters) can sign as witnesses in the will.

please give your valuable suggestion

Degree cancel

My friend has 6 acre dadalahi agri land in haryana on his father name . Two months ago his father transfered ownership of land by making registered a degree in favour of his 5 years old (nabalig)grandson without informing him. Now my friend's son is legal owner.
Now days my friend is making noise & asking his father to transfer land on his name by any way. Now father is also agree fir this.
So can his father break the degree or what will be the procedure for making my friend owner of land instead of his 5 years old (nabalig) son.

Regarding tresspass

I am having inherited property from my father.He passed away,in the year 2009.My paternal relatives occupied my inherited property illegally in the year 2016.Previously,in that place a old tiled house is there.In the year 1977 my father mortgaged and deposited the title of the property in S.B.I.But,it remains presently in the bank as Non Performing Asset .Now,the house was tumbled down by the tress passers.Now,it is a vacant land.Recently I lodged a police complaint to the S.I and submitted a copy to S.P. as the land was trespassed by my paternal relatives and they also destructed the boundary wall and they are also threatening us not to come for land,if you come repeatedly for the property,then they will see my end.The same is complained to the police.The police has registered FIR and registered the case U/S 341,427,506 r/w 34 IPC.The accused were arrested and later they released on station-Bail.But,the police has not handover the physical possession of the property to me.Kindly,guide regards the further proceedings.If I file in the court under cr.proceedings to the court as the police is not handover the property to me and not registered the case under section 447.

Government authority to issue occupancy certificate

Kindly provide me a name of Government Authority who is authorized to issue Occupancy Certificate or Completion Certificate for small town buildings plan in rural area which was approved by Thane Collector office and sanctioned by town planning, Thane, Maharashtra.

Missing papers

Dear sir/Madam,
I am a members of managing committee of a cooperative group housing society. A senior member of our society died 15 days back. He is survived by wife who is bed ridden and illiterate. They had no children. After the man's death, the relatives of both man and woman's side started squabbling with each other over right to property. The dead member was the sole owner of the flat.
After much mud slinging, the relatives of woman's side allegedly sneaked off with all the papers of property, jewellery and aadhar cards of both dead owner and wife.
The remaining relatives now present are the dead owner's nephew and family.
They are now demanding duplicate copies of property papers from the society. They have ruled out any negotiation or mediation with other relatives to get the papers back.
Upon my insistence,they reluctantly lodged an FIR of missing papers, submitted a copy in office but still haven't published any advt regarding the same. Also, they wont be getting it transferred in the name of surviving wife either{what i could gather from my conversation with them}. After submitting copy of FIR they've suddenly become extremely impatient for papers. Calling and visiting every 15 minutes.
Kindly advise what should be the role of society mgt in this such that we may not unwittingly become accomplice in some property fraud.

Can file a complaint against illegal second wife of husband

Hello Experts,
My husband has performed illegal second marriage.He also registered it and got the marriage registration certificate.
Both have mentioned their marital status as "unmarried" while registering for second illegal marriage registration.
Where as my husband is not divorced yet and his second wife is divorced.
1) Can I take an action against them for furnishing wrong information into the registrar office ?
2) Is second wife liable for IPC 494 or any other legal action because she is aware that my husband was not divorced during second marriage ?

My wife filed 498a at ssp office . I am on contract job. If i wil be regularised before FIR ,can police give clearance certificate to me . What wil be scenario after FIR is filed against me. Does that affect my regularisation?? I m from punjab thanks.
