A mother buys and register a property in the name of her two minor children who were prevailing at the time. After few years a third child was born. The mother is no more now. Can the third child claim share from the property?

We,4 brothers, are going to sell a house
property for Rs.15.16 lakhs and my share of this gain will be Rs.3.79 lakhs.
Please clarify the following queries:
1)I am a salaried employee and I have PAN.
Any tax is applicable to me or not?
2)If any tax is applicable, what is the rate of tax?
3)How to avoid payment of tax if it is applicable?

Dear Legal Experts
my husband have two sites registered in his name by his mother 8 yeras back and also the original land owner and his sons and daugheter have agreed to this and have made a confirmation deed in the registers office six months Back.And also another site bought directly from a third party. After my marriage with him his mother and we had some differences due to this his mother along with my husbands elder brother(who has married a christian girl and also changed his name and his children name also ends with cristian sir name) are asking a share from my husbands properties registered in his name according to hindu law, and have issued a notice from civil court from not to alienate the above said properties stating that the above mentioned properties are his father's and we have not made equal shares between them. my husband, my Mother in law and My father in law have been made defendents and himself the plaintiff. My father in law is not residing with us from the past 10 years. he has anotherwife and living seperatly. my mother in law is in my husbands brothers side. The properties which are registered or bought form my mother in law are her self aquired properties.my father in law has nothing to do with that. please help me in this case

In an arbitration tribunal, whether the presiding arbitrator should be judicial officer, if the two arbitrators appointed by claimant and respondent are judicials officers ? any case laws...?

I am a salaried employee and I pay tax every year after availing all the tax benefits. I want to invest in my wife's name Rs.One lakh in FD Scheme of a private Bank for 1 year.If the interest at the time of maturity is Rs 10500, will any tax be applicable as per Income Tax laws?. I feel that tax should not be applicabe since my wife is not working(She is house-wife).

ONE ADVOCATE FRIEND HAS GOT INFORMATION FROM HIS CLIENT OVER PHONE THAT SHE WAS UNDER ILLEGAL CUSTODY OF HER HUSBAND IN A HOSPITAL. ON THAT BASIS ADVOCATE HAS GIVEN INFORMATION TO WOMEN MOVEMENT, IT HAS FILED HEABEUS CORPUS PETITION IN HIGH COURT. IMMEDIETLY THE HUSBAND HAS THRETENED HER TO GIVE FASLE STATEMENT IN THE HIGHCOURT WHILE SHE WAS PRODUCED. DUE TO HER HUSBAND'S THRETEN SHE HAS GIVEN FALSE STATEMENT THAT SHE DID NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION TO THE ADVOCATE FOR RESQUE HER AND SHE HAS ADDED THAT ADVOCATE HAS GIVEN FALSE STATEMENT TO THE WOMENS MOVEMENT. HENCE THE hcp CLOSED. NOW THE WIFE HAS FILE DIVORCE PETITION AGAINST HER HUSBAND IN CRUELTY GROUND IN THAT PETITION SHE HAS INDICATED THAT DUE TO HER HUSBAND'S THREDEN SHE TOLD LIE IN HIGH COURT.
MY QUESTION IS THE ADVOCATE FRIEND CAN FILE CRIMINAL CASE AGAINST THE HUSBAND FOR THREDEN HIS WIFE TO MAKE ALLEGATION AGAINST THE ADVOCATE. IF THE COMPLAINT IS POSSIBLE IN WHAT PROVISION HE CAN FILE PRIVATE COMPLAINT OR POLICE COMPLAINT KINDLY GIVE REPLY

IN THE LIST OF BC, SC, ST THERE ARE SOMANY CASTE HAS BECOME UPPER CASTE IN SOCIAL, ECONAMICAL AND POLITICAL LEVEL. BUT THE GOVERNMENT DID NOT REMOVE THOSE CASTES FROM THE LIST.THEREFORE THE DEVELOPED CASTES ARE EXPLOITING OPPERTUNITY OF THE OTHER CASTE, WHICH ARE UNDER DEVELOPED. FOR THE EXAMPLE "MARAVAR" CASTE IS MOST BACKWARD CLASS IN RAMANATHAPURAM DISTRICT, TAMILNADU. INFACT THE MARAVAR COMMUNITY IS DOMINATED AND UPPER CASTE. BECAUSE THE KINGS OF RAMANATHAPURAM BELONGED TO THE MARAVAR COMMUNITY. BUT THE WASHERMAN CASTE ALSO IN THE MOST BACK WARD CLASS. THE WASHERMAN CASTE STILL NOW VERY LOW LEVEL IN ECONOMICAL, SOCIAL AND POLITICAL.
WHAT IS THE REMEDY TO REVIEW THE BC, SC , ST LIST AS PER THE CURRENT STATUS OF THE CASTE IN POLITICAL, SOCIAL AND ECONOMICAL. IN TAMIL NADU ONLY FOR THE VOTE THEY HAVE CREATED MOST BACKWARD CLASS. WHO ARE THE MAJORITY COMMUNITY THEY WILL BE IN MOST BACKWARD CLASS, LIKE IN NORTHERN TAMILNADU VANNIAR IS MAJORITY HENCE THEY ARE MBC, LIKEWISE IN SOUTH MARAVAR AND PIRAMALI KALLAR ARE MAJORITY THEY ARE MBC.
