Sir,
I am an Ex-serviceman and have my own house and land property. In front of our house was a vacant barren small area of Govt forest land. As our crops on land on the bank of Kali River were flooding all crops were taken away. For livelihood, vacant Govt forest land was cultivated by parents since 1977. The third party came and threatened my mother who was living alone in our house after my father's death in 1997 and encroached on that land with a boundary wall and built a small house with electricity from Govt during August 2011 leaving no approach road to us. The matter was reported to the local area circle duty forester, Village Panchayat, and all concerned district authorities and complained to the Police by old age mother with great difficulties. I have also sent a request to protect my mother from the Army side on duty to DC and SP. Presently we are using the neighbor's way for the day-to-day habitant and finding it very difficult to pass from the small way. And also they may stop at any time of that way for us. Keeping in view of safety, security, and welfare of a soldier, I have requested a 12-foot approach road from my house to the main road from the existing old road from the forest land to the village panchayat, Taluka Panchayat, Zilla Panchayat, Tehsildar, and the DC and DFO. But to date, I have not got approach road as a soldier welfare. I have no way to approach the main road due to encroachment on government forest land and the boundary wall by a third party. As an ESM what can I do with this situation? Please suggest and help me out with a permanent solution.

If a complainant transfers a money to the government servant thru., phone pe or goggle pay , or thru., bank whether it amounts to acceptance of bribe?

Respected Sir,
I am a owner of a shop situated in khanyan, hooghly-712147, West Bengal. From 1985 I was given this shop to a tenant (With a Agreement). But after that no Agreement was not done. From last 4 to 5 years tenant not paid any rent (Last rent was paid rs. 125/- Per Month). Now holding this shop by tenant more than 28 Years. I want to vacate this shop. What is the procedure for it ?

Hello.
The public road connecting our plot of land is in such a bad situation, due to heavy trucks plying over it, that it's risky and very difficult to drive one's car over it during the rainy season. After contacting the local authorities to ask for proper construction of the road, they replied that the money they have for works is not sanctioned for road construction at the moment. What legal remedy do we have for that? Can we file a Mandamus petition before the High Court to get the road constructed? Thanks in advance.

my son studied in kerala till std 4 and joined st johns international school hrbr this year in class 5. They use a book called xseed and its new to my child.. inspite of that he never got help and the teachers just rush through the chapters and hardly teaches anything and their notes have a lot of grammatical mistakes and they want all the boys to cut their hair so short that they look like jail inmates... in failing to do so they get 10 laps... my son was made to do it the first day he went to school after recovering from viral fever.. they did it inspite of me producing a medical certificate and his hair was not even long. everyday in school is become a torture and the teachers nor the principle is ready to talk to u only the coordinators talk and they are really bad at handling any issues... should I file a case against the school??

Dear Sir,
We have 12 flats in the complex we stay in. Since we are just 12 flat owners, the society is unregistered. Currently the maintenance work is managed by one of the flat owner who is said to be the secretary of the complex. Most of the flat owners are not happy with the work managed by him and we wish to change the secretary of our complex. The current secretary is not ready to leave his post and threatens all other flat owners.
How can we take action against him and also how can we change the secretary of the complex? For unregistered societies, how do we appoint? Will it be on the basis of majority number of votes? Please provide your valuable legal assistance.

Jurisdiction of process server
What is the Jurisdiction of Process Server.....means....Can A process Server serve the summons of court at any address OR he is duty bound to serve the summons on the address written on the summons only.
Example:
A process server is required to serve summons to One person namely "XXXX" at address 'Y'... but after reaching the address 'Y' the process server came to know that the person "XXXX" is living at new address 'Z' and has left the old address 'Y'.
Can process server serve the summons to that person "XXXX" at new address 'Z' ..???
And... Is it a vaild service...??
